Holiday rentals with a home theatre in Swabia

The apartment is wonderfully lovingly furnished with love to the smallest detail. Everything at its best and in a great location. We have been to many apartments, but this one was particularly nice. We liked it very much. Many thanks to the Winkel family

We stayed in this beautiful apartment with 7 women and a toddler over an extended weekend. Even the first contact was very straightforward and accommodating. The furnishings are extremely tasteful and of high quality. The furnishings of the apartment are above average. In addition to coffee, filters, shampoo and conditioner were even available in the bathrooms. We've never had a place to stay before. The apartment is on the second floor For an outdoor stay (terrace with magnificent sunset) you have to carry everything needed down. Which didn't bother us. Christine and her husband were extremely friendly and accommodating. The surrounding area offers many great leisure activities. We especially liked the weekly market in Kempten. Thanks so much for the nice days!

We visited Caroline’s apartment in Grainau over the Christmas holiday. She was very responsive, friendly, and even was available to greet us and show us the apartment upon our arrival, so check in was a breeze. She even decorated for the holiday, which was a very sweet surprise. She was happy to provide us with recommendations of restaurants, shops, and activities in the Garmisch area, all of which were excellent. Caroline even provided us with complimentary bus/train passes! This tidy and newly renovated apartment was positioned in the perfect location between the Zugspitze/Lake Eisbee area (beautiful) and downtown Garmisch. Both were no more than a 10 minute drive away. In this ground level apartment, we had access to a grassy yard which made life easy while traveling with our dog. We were so grateful for Caroline’s hospitality, and would definitely recommend staying in this beautiful apartment. Thank you, Caroline!

A really very hospitable family and a great atmosphere!

Great stay in Garmisch. Really nice place, spacious and well located. Short walk to super market and bus stop for ski lifts. Only this that was a slight issue for us was that two bed rooms were upstairs and one in basement so none of the kids wanted to sleep downstairs in their own.. but that might work well for other guests. Despite this we had a great stay, communication was great, facilities were great and we were even allowed to check in early after an awful journey.
