The LAKE apartment is located in our historic 1890 coach house, just a five-minute walk from Lake Starnberg and around 200 m from the Possenhofen S-Bahn station – Munich can be reached in about 30 minutes. The ground-floor apartment offers a private terrace, a separate bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen and plenty of space for two guests. The coach house includes three apartments (LAKE, MOUNTAIN, FOREST), which can be booked individually or in combination.

This apartment consists of 2 apartments, each 64 sqm, separated by a lockable double door. These doors can be opened and the entire 120 sqm attic apartment can be used. (Only when booking both apartments - see Sanosueno 1). The house is built on a slope, so the top floor is directly accessible via 6 steps from the entrance. Set in Farchant at the feet of Osterberg (mount) where a multiply tourist paths start. Very quiet and beautiful place ideal for hikers and mountain skiers with a best in the region Italian restaurant next door. There is a washing machine and a dryer you can use for 4€. We have a private garage that is free for you. The children can play around absolutely safely. Quite near there is an aqua-park you can visit during summer time.

I am living in the second apartment of the house and can recomend you outdoor aktivities, near tourist attractions and day trips.
