The “LAKE” apartment is located in our historic coach house in Possenhofen, just 200 m from the S-Bahn station and 100 m from Lake Starnberg. In addition to “LAKE”, there are two other themed apartments: “MOUNTAIN” and “FOREST”. All of them invite you on an interior design journey of discovery and relaxation - perfect for a break by the lake. The beach and the S-Bahn to Munich are just a few minutes' walk away. The mountains are only about an hour's drive away.

The apartment is on the ground floor and can be easily crossed with a wheelchair and easily accessible from the covered carport. A spacious layout with extra wide doors and an accessible kitchen with underhandable sink and electric stove awaits you.

Farchant-Zugspitze

Set in Farchant at the feet of Osterberg (mount) where a multiply tourist paths start. Very quiet and beautiful place ideal for hikers and mountain skiers with a best in the region Italian restaurant next door. There is a washing machine and a dryer you can use for 4€. We have a private garage that is free for you. The children can play around absolutely safely. Quite near there is an aqua-park you can visit during summer time.

It has a good connection with public transport at daytime (to Munich/Oktoberfest in 50 min). I am living in the second apartment of the house and can recomend you outdoor aktivities, near tourist attractions and day trips.
