Die Wohnung liegt ebenerdig und ist mit einem Rollstuhl mühelos zu durchqueren und vom überdachten Carport direkt problemlos zu erreichen. In addition to “LAKE”, there are two other themed apartments: “MOUNTAIN” and “FOREST”. All of them invite you on an interior design journey of discovery and relaxation - perfect for a break by the lake. The beach and the S-Bahn to Munich are just a few minutes' walk away. The mountains are only about an hour's drive away.

( nur bei Buchung beider FeWo`s - siehe Sanosueno 1 ). Das Haus ist in einen Hang gebaut, daher ist das DG direkt über 6 Stufen vom Eingang zu erreichen. Das Ortszentrum mit Cafes, Bars etc ist 1 min Fußmarsch entfernt, jedoch komplett weg vom Trubel ! Preis für 1 FeWo

Farchant-Zugspitze

Set in Farchant at the feet of Osterberg (mount) where a multiply tourist paths start. Very quiet and beautiful place ideal for hikers and mountain skiers with a best in the region Italian restaurant next door. There is a washing machine and a dryer you can use for 4€. We have a private garage that is free for you. The children can play around absolutely safely. Quite near there is an aqua-park you can visit during summer time.

Have your private apartment (60m²) with own entrance, two rooms, a big kitchen, bath and parking spot. The living and speeping room face the orchard. It has a good connection with public transport at daytime (to Munich/Oktoberfest in 50 min). I am living in the second apartment of the house and can recomend you outdoor aktivities, near tourist attractions and day trips.
