Island get away. 18 m2 cozy Tiny (guest)House the middle of the archipelago. Located on the outskirts of an old fishing village, nestled in the rocks itself between the roaring sea and the quite canal. Its close to the ocean and in between you find a landscape typical for the region, raw, beautiful and surreal. This is for people who would like to enjoy nature, hiking, kayaking, photographing, or sunbathing. We have made a special video over the area on youtube, type in "Grundsund Kvarneberg".

Bo vid havet med egen brygga

Nybyggd stuga alldeles vid havet med stor brygga och egen båtplats. På bryggan är det gjort för att man ska kunna njuta hela dagen, då det finns solstolar, badstege, utemöbler och grill. På gångavstånd kan man hyra kajaker, padelbanor och ett spa. Stugan har ett öppet vardagsrum och kök med fantastisk utsikt ut mot havet. Toalett med dusch och tvättmaskin. På övervåningen finns 3 sovrum. Ett med dubbelsäng och egen balkong, ett med 2 enkelsängar som går att ställa ihop och ett med en 120 säng.

Här bor ni med fantastisk havsutsikt nära bad, skog och natur i ett nybyggt fritidshus på 30 kvadrat plus sovloft. Huset erbjuder alla tänkbara bekvämligheter så som diskmaskin, tvättmaskin, induktionshäll, ugn, tv mm. Njut av solnedgången på den härliga altanen eller ta en kort promenad ner till bryggan för ett dopp. Närhet till centrala till Stenungsund med affärer och restauranger. I närområdet finns många fina utflyktsmål. Till Orust/Tjörn och övriga Bohuslän tar man sig snabbt och lätt.

Comfortable holiday house for 6 pers, just outside Uddevalla, in the heart of the Swedish west coast. Perfect location with lots of privacy. Separate guesthouse available. Spacious terrace for sunbathing and evening bbq. You will love swimming in the fjord. Private beach and jetty (for the neighbourhood). Open fireplace and unlimited Wi-Fi. The house is also super cosy during the winter with an open fire place, warm bath in the hot tub and the sauna. A fantastic place to reflect over life.

Övre Järkholmen

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende med utsikt som sträcker sig över hela askimsfjorden ända ut till Tistlarna. Här kan ni sitta och studera naturen, skärgården, höra måsarnas skri till morgonkaffet och gå ner och ta ett morgondopp det första ni gör. Barnen kan röra sig fritt i området då det inte finns någon direkt trafik, istället är det fina naturområden runt knuten. Här finns närheten till Göteborgs centrum(14min), stillheten och fina bad. Attefallstuga med alla bekvämligheter och höghastighets wifi! I stugan finns ett väl utrustat kök, umgängesyta med direkt utgång till en egen härlig altan med havsutsikt och ett läckert badrum med dusch. Altanen har både utemöbler och solsängar. Fem sängplatser totalt, men idealiskt för två vuxna! Även om kvadratmetrarna är få, upplever man att allt ryms i stugan. Direkt utanför finns parkering och här hittar man även stigen ner till bryggan och havet. Solnedgången bänk. Välkomna!

Welcome to a stylish seaside escape with ocean views, a wood‑fired hot tub and sauna – designed for peace and relaxation. Guests enjoy complimentary access to the beach, jetty, kayaks and floating sauna in a secluded natural setting. The Black House features two bedrooms, a spacious kitchen and a cozy living room with a fireplace. The house is priced for two guests. When booking for 5–6 guests, a separate guest house is also included, providing extra comfort and privacy.

Modernt boende med brygga och bad

Nybyggt hus som ligger intill vårt bostadshus men avgränsat och med helt egna utrymmen. Vi hänger mest på andra sidan men hejar såklart om vi ser er på altanen. Liten hund vill nog hälsa också. Ta stigen ned till bryggan och bad eller promenera till Henåns levande centrum med affärer och flera restauranger. Nära till skog och mark och perfekt utgångspunkt för dagsutflykter med buss eller bil till Bohuskustens pärlor.
