We loved everything about our stay in this beautiful property. It is built and furnished so thoughtful and aesthetic and we all felt that this space radiated such a calm energy. It is perfect to switch off and fully enjoy time offgrid whilst being provided with everything you might possibly need and feel very much at home. The garden, patio and pool are super big and are amazing to spend a looot of time. And last but not least: Vladimir and his parents were incredibly kind hosts and took very sweet care of us which made the stay extra special. Thanks a lot!

Outstanding small villa for great value, the location is peaceful and private with the enterance on the ocean. We loved our stay and the nice walks alone the coast. Daniel was very helpful, we asked for a recommendation for local olive oil, he hand delivered a bottle from a friend of his, which was of excellent quality. I highly recommend staying in this tranquil place!

The little stone house was a charm! It feels off the grid, even thought the next supermarket is located 5min by car, the ocean maybe 10min. You can enjoy the silence as well as a beautiful night sky, while chilling on the Veranda and making BBQ.I enjoyed every moment in this little paradise. Would definitely come again and recommend it to anyone who does enjoy a simple yet charming accommodation like this.

Landlord very nice and helpful. The location is very rural and you are dependent on a car. Everything is accessible within a maximum of 30 minutes. Zadar, Novigrad and Biograd. Less than 10 minutes to Benkovac for shopping. It was a wonderful holiday and we can only recommend this beautiful house. Just like in the pictures 👌

We had a great stay in this beautiful flowery house! In peace, you can enjoy the garden and the surroundings thanks to the bikes. It is ideally placed to explore the national park. The host is available and has very good tips for discovering the region.

Matija was an exemplary host. Everything was superb from start to finish. We loved the quiet location but with such easy access to old Zadar. The pool was perfect, beautiful villa, super clean, everything provided. Sad to leave. Highly recommended

Staying in this small villa for a few days was a great experience!The host prepared a delicious cheese platter and homemade olive oil when we arrived, and sent cherries the next day.They are very friendly and always respond to our needs in a timely manner.This is a new small villa, cleverly designed.The room is as clean and hygienic as the photos, and the bedding is very comfortable.It is worth mentioning that I enjoyed a Swedish massage from the host's daughter, and my tired body was healed and relaxed.This is definitely a unique experience!

We stayed here as a group of four with our dog, and we were extremely pleased with our experience. The house is in perfect condition, clean, and cozy. We were especially happy that the hosts were so welcoming to our dog, and they even had comfortable accommodations prepared for her. The house is located in a quiet area, which allowed us to truly relax and enjoy our vacation. At the same time, everything we needed was close. We would like to highlight the hospitality of the hosts: they were always available, provided us with helpful tips about local attractions, and made sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. We would definitely return and recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and cozy stay in Croatia.

Sanja’s beautiful cottage is like little Oasis. Private, with fully fenced garden, terrace, swimming pool and the house itself is just a gem. The hosts are very kind and welcoming and we enjoyed every minute. Zadar, Split and Krka Nature Park are easy to reach by car. If you are looking for a stay in the area - this is the place! 💎

Everything was top-notch! The house was just a 20-minute drive from Zadar, making it super convenient to visit the city while still enjoying peace and privacy. Communication with the host was very easy and smooth. The host was incredibly kind – she even brought us cake and really cared about making our stay great. The house itself was perfect: very spacious, lots of bathrooms, and an amazing private pool. It had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who wants to be close to the city but still enjoy privacy and comfort. I would definitely come back!

A big thank you to our hosts: available including to welcome us at 1:30 in the morning due to a plane delay, all with a delicious platter of cold meats very welcome. Responsive hosts to answer all our questions and very accommodating. Accommodation in perfect condition with very good services: even better than the photos. All the equipment is in abundance. No neighbours or opposite neighbours: ideal for the FKK pool... Ideal location for all visits with lots to do and see within a one-hour drive. Don't go to the national parks (Krka and Plivitce), it's a tourist trap: €40/person to hike on a developed path) that you can't leave, no swimming and crowds... If you want to see beautiful gorges and swim for free in beautiful pools and waterfalls go to Omis Cetina river on the other side of Split An excellent stay for us at the Villa Storia

Our stay in this idyllic location was absolutely wonderful. The villa was pristine and the breathtaking views really made this trip unforgettable. On top of everything else Danijela was a lovely, welcoming and responsive host. We really appreciated all her efforts to make our stay as easy as possible. I would recommend this place to anyone. You'll have a great time.

Well, this place was so beautiful and great, the view over the sea and the olive yard, that I cannot describe how much peace it gave me. The house is so nice and petite, everything just makes sense. It made me so happy! Everything! Jere, Gordana & Jelena are great, they will make an enormous effort to make you feel at home immediately. I had a terrific five days at the house, for me it felt like it lasted weeks. Will return ;-) Thank you all! (Travelled alone as a female, this place felt totally safe ;-)

We stayed at the property for a week. It is very modernly furnished and you have everything you need on site. From the balcony you can directly see the sea. The landlady is very nice and gave us a few recommendations for the area directly. If we had any questions or needed anything, she was always available. Definitely recommend this place.

The apartment is quite small but comfortable and well equipped. It could have more storage space but that’s the only thing that could be improved. The location is very good, close to supermarket, restaurants and the beach. As for the parking situation, there was no parking space provided directly at the premises but we were given access to a hotel parking space instead. It was quite close to the apartment but it’s something that might be worth double checking with the host before you arrive. Ana as a host was very helpful and kind, good communication and availability. We really enjoyed our stay, highly recommended :)

Everything was just as expected. A traditional Dalmation cottage but with all the modern amenities. Good shower with plenty of hot water. Lovely huge bedroom with TV and much needed air conditioning. Very firm but comfortable bed. Julija and her husband were very responsive and very friendly. We were made to feel extremely welcome. Nice touches provided like wine and home made liqueur with some snacks. We loved the area and travelled to some other villages in close proximity. We would particularly recommend a trip to Nin! On our last evening there was a festival in Sukosan square with traditional music and food. We would wholeheartedly recommend Julija’s house and we would definitely wish to stay there if travelling to Croatia again!

It was a wonderful stay. Great, hospitable hosts. Beautiful place with direct access to the sea. There is a terrace, barbecue, garden, sun loungers, umbrellas on the beach. Dominik and his brother were helpful at any time (rental of bikes, scooters, electric scooters, Łódź, speedboats). Aurelia and her husband were very welcoming, they are wonderful people. Everything we wanted and imagined we got by staying in this beautiful cottage in seclusion. The only sounds are the birds singing and the wind in the treetops. Kind Nataša welcomed us and instructed us in all the amenities that the cottage offers and if someone doubts whether it could be in a place without electricity and water, we would just add that three nights were not enough for us to burn all that the "cottage does not have" (as described on the host's page), and why we actually chose it. Beautiful place for complete zen... thanks to the hosts. If there is an opportunity, we will come again without any doubt... D&D
