House holiday rentals in Sveti Filip i Jakov

First of all Neven was the best host i have ever encountered. In all those years i have been using airbnb i have never met a more welcoming, more helpful and well organized host than neven. The House was perfectly clean, didn’t lack of anything you would need in a house. He offered me his netflix account, he gave me insider tips where to go and where to eat. He made sure i was having my privacy respected at all times. All in all it was worth every euro that i paid for this airbnb. If i could i would have given him 10 instead of 5 stars!

a great place to stay to enjoy your vacation

We loved everything about our stay in this beautiful property. It is built and furnished so thoughtful and aesthetic and we all felt that this space radiated such a calm energy. It is perfect to switch off and fully enjoy time offgrid whilst being provided with everything you might possibly need and feel very much at home. The garden, patio and pool are super big and are amazing to spend a looot of time. And last but not least: Vladimir and his parents were incredibly kind hosts and took very sweet care of us which made the stay extra special. Thanks a lot!

Small but great! Everything you need is there. The outdoor area, garden and swimming pool are very nice. Marija is friendly and surprised us with homemade cake. Her husband got the bikes ready for us.

Cannot recommend this place highly enough, we stayed for a week at the end of May and had a fantastic holiday. The weather was lovely and it was fantastic to have the pool which was cool this time of year, and having the sauna and hot tub to warm up in again was fantastic. The pool is shared, for our stay the apartment adjacent wasn't occupied so we had it to ourselves, there are plenty of loungers and space so sharing would be easy. Our kids (aged 4 and 7) had such a great time between the pool, trampoline, toys and playground it was lovely to spend relaxing days at the house. There is a local bakery van visits daily with fresh tasty bread. The area is lovely to explore, would recommend having a car - we visited plitvice national park (highly recommended- stunning!), Zadar old town for sunsets and pakostane beach. Antonia is such a thoughtful host, we were greeted at the property and she had provided a platter of local cheese, fruit and cured meats with local wine which was great.

Landlord very nice and helpful. The location is very rural and you are dependent on a car. Everything is accessible within a maximum of 30 minutes. Zadar, Novigrad and Biograd. Less than 10 minutes to Benkovac for shopping. It was a wonderful holiday and we can only recommend this beautiful house. Just like in the pictures 👌

Very nicely furnished, super hospitable and helpful, there is nothing in the vicinity, much can be reached in 10-15 minutes, house is very small (looks much larger in the pictures) and the sleeping options are not very pleasant, information about the location was not correct

Marijana is a warm and likeable host. The place was very clean, the location simply fantastic! From the beautiful balcony direct sea view, on foot the sea can be reached in 3 minutes. Very quiet location!

Perfect place for a couple to stay near Zadar. The studio apartment itself has all the necessary things. Anna is just amazing, she was awake and helped us checkin at 02:30am as our flight was delayed by 3 hours. Very rarely people care so much for their guests. She also recommended us restaurants, grocery stores and sightseeing places. Overall the experience was great. I would recommend this place without any regrets!

Ana and her husband were very nice from the beginning. The house was beautiful, especially the hot tub. The location is great, you walk 5 min to the supermarket and 10 min to the beach and also have a great bus connection to Zadar. Overall, it was a really great trip!

We spent 2 wonderful weeks at the Fischerhaus La Pineta. We did all our excursions, restaurant visits and shopping exclusively by bike. Access to the water is sufficient, and you can then go back to the beautiful garden. Occasionally, the loud boats disturbed us. The apartment is perfectly furnished for 2 persons. The garden is spacious, with many seating areas. High-quality garden furniture is available, no plastic! The large trees provide plenty of shade. A trusting cat inhabits the property and makes the stay lovable. Contact with the landlords was straightforward. We would gladly come back.

The house of Bruna in Vinisce impresses with its charm of the location, the view, the grandiose furnishings, which is incredibly stylish and individual. A place to slow down and switch off all daily topics. With a little luck, Adriadelphine can be seen swimming through the bay. We thank Bruna for all the amenities we were allowed to experience.

Our holidays in this unique place was magnificient from the first moment we step on the land! Highly recommend to all nature lovers who love to connect with nature and peace. We love the seclusion of this place where your mind & heart can really rest. Renting Bozo's kayak was a sweet cherry on the top of this vacation. We have truly found a special place which we already miss.

Ivana was super helpful and very friendly. (her family who we met where also very helpful and friendly) Her place was perfect for us being in Biograd but far enough away to relax in the evening. wr had a lovely week and our children loves their dogs!

Very central location, only 10 minutes from Zadar and the airport, everything super clean and tidy, great pool, uncomplicated check in and out, several shops nearby, quiet area. We had a lovely holiday

During this holiday there were three of us. On the first floor there are 2 apartment and 1 separate bedroom. We made use of 1 apartment and the separate bedroom. At the apartment there is a balcony, air conditioning and a kitchen with a small fridge and induction plate. It is a short walk from the center of Biograd. The sea is also easily accessible on foot. It's a quiet neighborhood. Zorka made us feel very welcome and if there was something we ran into, we acted quickly. We had a pleasant stay and could stay in this apartment for another vacation.

A perfect stay from start to finish! The place is even more beautiful than in the photos: clean, cozy, perfectly equipped and decorated with great taste. It immediately feels like home. The location is ideal, quiet while being close to everything. Special mention for the host, extremely responsive, thoughtful and caring. Nice house with 2 apartment. Kitchen downstairs is well equipped. You can go directly to the sea from garden.

Staying in this small villa for a few days was a great experience!The host prepared a delicious cheese platter and homemade olive oil when we arrived, and sent cherries the next day.They are very friendly and always respond to our needs in a timely manner.This is a new small villa, cleverly designed.The room is as clean and hygienic as the photos, and the bedding is very comfortable.It is worth mentioning that I enjoyed a Swedish massage from the host's daughter, and my tired body was healed and relaxed.This is definitely a unique experience!

We stayed at the property for a week. It is very modernly furnished and you have everything you need on site. From the balcony you can directly see the sea. The landlady is very nice and gave us a few recommendations for the area directly. If we had any questions or needed anything, she was always available. Definitely recommend this place.
