Located in the granite kingdom with many fine rocks, popular with rock climbers. In the immediate area there are many saltwater beaches, golf courses, a zoo, rock climbing and hiking trails. The house is located in a living agricultural village where the cows graze in the pasture next door and the farmer cultivates his land. Hamburgsund, Bovallstrand, Fjällbacka, Grebbestad and Smögen are some of the picturesque coastal communities that you can reach by car in about 20 minutes. A car is a must. Nordens Ark, Havets hus, Vitlycke and the nature reserves Valö, Ramsvik and Tjurpannan are nice destinations nearby. Pet-free and smoke-free! Welcome!

The outdoor toilet with lighting and water, has guaranteed Sweden's most beautiful view. Outdoor shower with hot water protected from view. Boating experience is required to get to the privately-owned island. Dock at the jetty with a stable plastic boat about 5 m with a 9 hp outboard motor, good for fishing from. Swim at the child-friendly sandy beach opposite.

Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

The house lies between pink granite rocks with beautiful views over the surrounding nature. 25 min by car to Lysekil and 5 min to the closest grocery store. Brodalen is the Mekka of Swedish rockclimbing with several wellknown routes. The location also offers vicinity to hiking paths in the forests with walking distance to Röe Gård. Please note that you need to bring your own bed linen as well as clean the house at the end of your visit.
