Approximately 300 meters to Orust's finest swimming area with docks, diving towers, cliffs and a small beach for the little ones. Newly-built cottage right by the sea with a large jetty and a private berth. The dock is made for you to enjoy all day, as there are sun loungers, swimming ladder, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

Stuga på 60kvm med egen strand & äldre standard. Två sovrum, ett badrum med toalett och dusch samt tvättmaskin. Fullt utrustat kök med kyl och frys sam induktionshäll med ugn. Bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet. Matplatser för 6 personer både inne och ute på altanen som vetter mot havet. Gasolgrill, parasoll, tillgång till egen strand. Notera att det är ett par trappsteg ner till stranden (!) 3kajaker, 1 dubbel 2 singel och samt en liten roddbåt finns att tillgå under vistelsen.Vedeldad badtunna finns.

This separate cottage has a view over the sea in a secluded, beautiful countryside setting, still just 5 mins from the E6 motorway. It is recently completely refurbished keeping the old style. On first floor a living room with a cosy fire place (iron stove), a bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating, a small but fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with doors to the terrace. On second floor it is an open loft with limited height functioning as a bedroom with 4 beds in total.

Stugan saknar dusch, men en stor badplats med strand, brygga och lekplats ligger bara 2 min bort. Stugan står på en lugn villaträdgård nära bilfärja, småbåtshamn och mataffär. Parkering och elbilsladdare finns. Perfekt bas för att upptäcka Bohusläns många fina utflyktsmål och njuta av salta bad. Lakan och tunn badhandduk ingår.

Närmare havet kommer du inte, altanen ligger över vattnet. Här bor i du en stuga på 25 m^3. Ett rum med ett pentry, kylskåp, kaffebryggare Toaletten har ett handfat med varm och kallvatten. Duschen finns ute med varmvatten. Sovrummet består av 2 våningssängar undersängen liter bredare, med täcke och kudde, medtag lakan. På altan finns 4 stolar och ett matbord.
