Welcome to our newly built small house with all facilities in a quiet area. Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with washing machine and drying facilities. Large terrace with barbecue and expansive views of the sea and marina. Close to the sea, private but still in the community, at the top of a cul-de-sac, you will find this little house. Approximately 300 meters to Orust's finest swimming area with docks, diving towers, cliffs and a small beach for the little ones. Well-stocked grocery store and excellent pizzeria 150 meters from the house.

Newly-built cottage right by the sea with a large jetty and a private berth. The dock is made for you to enjoy all day, as there are sun loungers, swimming ladder, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

A place for those looking for peace and quiet. Our house is right by the sea. This means that you have a fantastic view from all rooms except the TV room. A large balcony in front of the house provides sun during the day. Next to the balcony is a hot tub. The beach is perfect for those who want to paddle and for children because it is shallow. Outdoor gym available for rent nearby. A couple of hundred meters away is a harbor. On Orust, there are exciting excursions. The town of Svanesund with grocery store and pizzeria is about 2 km away.

Välkommen till ett ljust och fräscht attefallshus i centrala Svanesund! Med 300m till badplats, 150m till mataffär och 200m till pizzeria. Huset är väl förberett med eget wifi, kylskåp, mikro/ugn och induktionshäll. Tvättmaskin och handdukstork finns i badrum. Elbilsladdare och kolgrill finns att tillgå. Stuga på 60kvm med egen strand & äldre standard. Två sovrum, ett badrum med toalett och dusch samt tvättmaskin. Fullt utrustat kök med kyl och frys sam induktionshäll med ugn. Bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet. Matplatser för 6 personer både inne och ute på altanen som vetter mot havet. Gasolgrill, parasoll, tillgång till egen strand. Notera att det är ett par trappsteg ner till stranden (!) 3kajaker, 1 dubbel 2 singel och samt en liten roddbåt finns att tillgå under vistelsen.Vedeldad badtunna finns.

This separate cottage has a view over the sea in a secluded, beautiful countryside setting, still just 5 mins from the E6 motorway. It is recently completely refurbished keeping the old style. On first floor a living room with a cosy fire place (iron stove), a bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating, a small but fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with doors to the terrace. On second floor it is an open loft with limited height functioning as a bedroom with 4 beds in total.

Guests enjoy complimentary access to the beach, jetty, kayaks and floating sauna in a secluded natural setting. The Black House features two bedrooms, a spacious kitchen and a cozy living room with a fireplace. The house is priced for two guests. When booking for 5–6 guests, a separate guest house is also included, providing extra comfort and privacy.

Stugan saknar dusch, men en stor badplats med strand, brygga och lekplats ligger bara 2 min bort. Stugan står på en lugn villaträdgård nära bilfärja, småbåtshamn och mataffär. Parkering och elbilsladdare finns. Perfekt bas för att upptäcka Bohusläns många fina utflyktsmål och njuta av salta bad. Lakan och tunn badhandduk ingår.
