The house can accommodate 8 people in 5 rooms. Upon request, up to 2 people can be accommodated in the annex. The property consists of a townhouse with a formerly functioning smokehouse attached, as well as a quiet and private garden. The house and the beautiful town form the perfect setting for a holiday on Bornholm.

The house is elevated above Listed (Svaneke), 1 minute walk from the bathing ladder on the harbor and 5 minutes walk from the beautiful beach "Høl". The house is secluded and with a great view of Listed, the Baltic Sea and Christians Ø. There is underfloor heating on both floors, and the house is suitable for winter stays. The house is hypoallergenic and no pets allowed. The stay is without bed linen, towels, etc., but can be ordered in good time for 200 DKK per person

Enjoy a wonderful stay by the water. In this lovely house you wake up overlooking the water and sunrise. Just outside the door to the east, the path goes along the water from Svaneke to Listed harbor. If you walk south along the water, you pass the harbor, Svaneke Bread, the lighthouse and ports on the Southeast of Paradis, which is the island's coziest cafe, located on the beach in between the cliffs. Where there's a volleyball court and a spring spring. Then you need cozy walks, swim in the water, this unique place is obvious

The forging vacation home is 125 sqm and contains an entrance hall, living room with 2 sleeping places, dining room, 2 bedrooms and newer cabinetry kitchen as well as renovated shower and toilet. The home has high ceilings and great beamed ceilings. The floors are wide plank floors and raw sandstone floors with underfloor heating. You have your own garden and by extension the park. The living rooms have lake and sea views and in front of access to a beautiful flower garden.
