The house is a few minutes' walk from Svaneke center and just a few steps from the Klippestien and overlooks Vigehavn. The house contains three bedrooms, one of which has two built-in junior beds - however, two single beds can be placed instead. The house is in good condition and offers a kitchen-living room, living room, bathroom and private south-facing terrace. There is good insulation, district heating and a wood-burning stove and is therefore rented out all year round.

If you walk south along the water, you will pass the harbor, Svaneke Brød, the lighthouse and the harbor at Sydøst for Paradis, which is the island's nicest café, located on the beach between the rocks. New floors, kitchen, and furniture done in 2024. See newest photos. Our cozy house is located in a protected forest on Bornholm near Due Odde. The house is located 1 min. walk away from one of Denmark's best sand beaches, that you usually will have all to yourself. Grocery shopping is 6 minutes away. The area has beautiful nature trails, where you won’t meet many people. The home has 3 bedrooms, a conservatory, a bathroom and a big kitchen area. Besides that there is also a large terrace.

Large and bright holiday apartment in Svaneke

Rummelig ferielejlighed med dejligt lysindfald beliggende tæt på Hullehavn. Eget køkken (en ovn og to kogeplader) og bad samt indgang. Haven er ikke tilgængelig, men hullehavn ligger få minutters gang herfra med adgang til skov og legeplads til de små. Vi er en familie på fire (to børn på 7 og 9 år) som bor ved siden af med vores kat.
