Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Sutri

Our stay with Valerio was fantastic! He accomodated our late check in and welcomed us personally and explained all the amenities. The apartment is very luxurious and modern with the jacuzzi being the highlight. Very well furnished, the home had everything we needed. We were close to the Vatican so it made commuting to our tour very easy. We spent the evening outdoor part of the house, and thoroughly enjoyed using the jacuzzi while watching TV. We are glad we chose to stay with Valerio and we highly recommend!

Eugenia was extremely helpful about every single step of the process for checking in, including recommendations of where to eat and things to do. We love the neighborhood and the historical fact that it was in an aqueduct park.

Alex was an ideal host. Met us on arrival and showed us around. He was always available via messages if required. The house was fantastic and the gardens and pool were beautiful. The pool is quite deep with a diving board. We decided not to rent a car and taxis were quite expensive so we relied on buses and the metro to get around. A metro bus ticket is 1.50 euros which gives you 100 minutes of travel on the bus and metro ( only one metro ride per ticket ). There are 3 big supermarkets including Lidl which can be reached catching the 88 bus outside the gate. The 906 bus can take you to Valle Aurelia where you can catch the metro to Rome Central. Overall, we all had a fantastic time and loved every minute of it. A fantastic host of a lovely villa.

I booked a night in this apartment to surprise my boyfriend and it worked out beautifully. The bedroom with a hot tub in front of the bed and the spacious shower exceeded my expectations and made our short romantic getaway truly unique. We also appreciated the location, quite easy to reach (we parked the car in a square in the centre of Cerveteri and in 5 minutes on foot we arrived at the apartment). Unfortunately, we only stayed one night, but I hope to be able to return to spend a few days of relaxation, intimacy and exploration of the northern suburbs of Rome. Finally, I thank the host Davide, who immediately provided clear and comprehensive directions.

Sara and Salvatore's place is a jewel with every detail. We really appreciated all the little attention given to their guests. The view is incredible and has priceless tranquility. Hosts are available. We hope to be back very soon!

The overnight stay in Mrs. Roberta's house was exhaustive and satisfying. Far exceeding expectations. From the very first moment, we felt a welcoming atmosphere, with attention to the smallest details and designed to offer guests a comfortable stay. The property was in perfect condition: the cleanliness was excellent, the rooms were tidy and well organised. Every detail had been taken care of, and showed attention to the needs of the customers. The house is also equipped with numerous amenities and useful gadgets, which made our evening even more pleasant and carefree. We were welcomed by Mrs. Roberta, who guided us on a short but exhaustive tour of the house, clearly illustrating the operation of each appliance and answering all our questions with courtesy. We highly recommend this accommodation to anyone who wants to have a peaceful, comfortable and above-average experience. For us, it was a complete experience.

Welcoming, kind, excellent location for a stop that broke the journey to our destination. Terrace with a beautiful view of the Lazio countryside, even if adjacent to the motorway.

We stayed at Giuliani's place for a couple of nights. The house is very big and comfortable and well equipped, the garden and the barbecue is a big plus. We found the communication with Giuliano very nice and efficient. Overall a very pleasant stay!

The Rosa "Belle Ange" Villa was the absolute perfect destination to end our Italian holiday. The property is beautiful and exactly as advertised. Jacopo is a thoughtful and attentive host. The fresh produce and beverages stocked in the fridge were a great touch. When we had a slight issue, he responded quickly to correct the problem. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again.

Vittorio was a great host. He provided a very flexible checkin process following our international flights into Italy. He also help arrange transport into Rome when we experienced real difficulties with independent Taxi bookings. The pool area was a “great setting” for the family & grandchildren to utilise the pool. A very private /secure home, but with easy access to beach and restaurants. Vittorio responded very quickly with all questions………..a great host !!

Lovely villa, easy to find and place was a lot bigger than you’d expect and was great for the kids to have space with the pool. Hosts were great and responsive to any queries. Quite well suited for things like shops, few restaurants in area as well although we opted for a couple takeaways as easier with having the kids with us when we were there which was easy enough to do. We originally were planning on staying in center of Rome but rented a car and stayed here, best decision we made as it allowed us to travel around to places like Pompeii and there is a lake not far with loads of small towns to visit. Would advise anyone renting a car to look into the ZTL boundaries for Rome, we were only made aware by the sat nav making a passing comment but it was no issue as only really applies to parts of the center. Overall a great experience and Rome/surrounding areas are surreal.

Giorgio's house was perfect for us. Working remotely during the week, we could enjoy the beautiful nearby attractions and eat deliciously in the many restaurants available in the region. And on weekends we spent in Rome, where you can get there by train for €1, and on Saturday and Sunday the parking at the station is practically empty and free. The layout is excellent. We lived very comfortably in the house. We highly recommend it ☺️

What a lovely property and host! Andrea was very friendly and helpful. He gave us a tour of the home and answered any questions we had before leaving us to enjoy the wonderful property. He even sent us restaurant recommendations which turned out to be amazing. The property itself is picturesque and almost felt unreal. My family was in awe and couldn’t stop mentioning how it was the nicest part of our trip (which we stayed in multiple places throughout). It was impeccably clean without a single speck of dust present. The furnishings were all perfectly picked and each added charm to the home. The rooms were cozy and all had wonderful views. We almost didn’t even notice the weather was gloomy the few days we were there because of how much we enjoyed the home itself. I can only imagine when it’s sunny and warm! Thank you for everything Andrea. We definitely plan to come back!

If you ever have the chance to stay in Trevignano, Romano, Italy, and are looking for a beautiful house to stay in with a private location, I would absolutely recommend Loredana at the Golden keys Airbnb! She was extremely friendly, very helpful and responded quickly when we had any type of question for her. The house is absolutely beautiful!! It had a nice long, private gated driveway with a beautiful yard with fruit trees. The house, and the grounds were clean, and clutter free when we arrived. Loredana had also suggested a few places for us to go that were in close proximity to the House location. We would definitely return to her house if we were ever in that area!

If you want the authentic historical Italian village experience then you can’t go past this place This unit is very spacious and spans over 3 levels with all the amenities you could need

The villa is as described and the exteriors are even more beautiful. The area under the canopy overlooking the hot tub is very pleasant. We also took advantage of the barbecue, appreciating its equipment. We will be happy to return soon
