It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). The modernly decorated two-story studio apartment Kendi is located in the center of the picturesque town of Sutivan on the island of Brač. On the lower floor there is a toilet with a bathroom and a kitchen with a living room. The upper floor consists of a bed with a beautiful fireplace that gives a special atmosphere and a balcony overlooking the place. The apartment is located in the very center of Sutivan surrounded by typical Dalmatian stone houses, only 150 meters from the waterfront and the sea. It is air-conditioned, has wi-fi and private parking.

House is totally renovated in 2019. with a new bathroom, kitchen, living room and bedroom. House is about 200m2 in two floors it has two separate external staircase floors equipped with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms fully equipped, 2 kitchens inside and 1 mini outdoor, large outdoor fireplace, and Private beach with sun beds and a shower. On the second floor, we renovated all three bedrooms, bathroom, and living room. All doors and windows are replaced.

It is sorrunded by beautliful Adriatic landscape.The mountains provide a lot off walks and bike trackways.The beaches and the see are 5 minutes of driving away.Also the main characteristics of the house are the breathtaking view,peace and isolation.The space has a rustical and simple feel to it so you feel like home.

Big sand beach is just 5 minutes walk from the apartment. You can also swim literally in the front of the apartment, on the small dock. Market is 5 minutes walk, same as the main square.
