Charming air-conditioned 3 room villa, ideal for a family stay. Located 30 minutes from the beaches, 25 minutes from the Place de la Comédie in Montpellier, 15 minutes from Lake Ceceles with its incredible tavern and Pic Saint Loup, 50 minutes from the Cascades de la Vis (must do!), 40 minutes from the Pont du Diable. The villa has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with a bunk bed, and a small, roughly furnished garden. An indoor parking space is available to you.

Our family lives on the property (Our house is located at the northern end of the building) the tenants live at the southern end of the building. As a result, parties and (loud) music are prohibited.
