Holiday rentals with a patio in Susitna North

Casandra's place was a wonderful base for our trip to Alaska. We were able to travel all around from this central location. The apartment itself was impeccable, and Casandra was a great host who went above and beyond to make our trip a success.

Loved this lakeside getaway! Definitely check out the host’s recommendations, Flying Squirrel Bakery/Cafe and Spinach Bread were highlights of the trip. Be aware this is a downstairs space so if the host is around you will hear normal living sounds (i.e. footsteps, music, etc.) but this was never a problem for us as it was always quiet during sleeping hours. It’s a beautiful location and feels very homey, the kitchen is lovely and set up well. The outdoor setup is great if you catch nice weather (it rained the whole time we were there). Perfect for a solo or pair of travelers looking to relax and still be near plenty of things to do. I would book it for a longer stay next time!

We enjoyed our stay here. The home is very comfortable, clean, and more spacious than we expected. It is stocked with a lot of extras including fresh farm eggs. Barbara was there to greet us and show us around. She is very friendly and responsive to messages. The property is beautiful and well maintained. If you need a place to stay in the Palmer area, I recommend Lazy Mountain Acres #2.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars for this place! it was immaculate and very comfortable. The view we had of the lake was wonderful. We enjoyed seeing the float planes taking off from the lake. We got to meet the hosts and they couldn't have been nicer. Annabelle was always prompt in answering any questions we had. There is no other place we will stay next time we visit our son and family in Wasilla. You can't go wrong with this place. Thank you Annabelle!

All I can say about this BnB is WOW! The view was stunning, the host was the absolute sweetest and we had a beautiful time! We had 12 people and it accommodated us all with room to spare! We used the space as a bachelor and bachelorette party and it was the most beautiful place that I think we could have chose! It was secluded but not too far away from stores and other amenities! 10 out of 10 would recommend everyone to stay here for their visit to willow!

Heather's place was perfect! My husband and I were there with our twin 3 year olds, my sister in law and my mother in law, who has mobility challenges. This house was exactly what we needed. Plenty of space, everything was brand new and high end. The kids toys kept the boys busy and my mother in law really appreciated the handicapped accessibility. Perfect kitchen for cooking dinner for the family and the fireplaces, soaking tub and hot tub really helped make it a relaxing vacation. Absolutely no complaints here, what a great find!

Totally a cute cabin with lots of character, lots of bedrooms, and amazing views right out the main windows or from the hot tub. I’d buy it if I could! I like that even though it is an Alaskan cabin, they kept it really light inside, and that helps a lot on cloudy days as well. Rebecca was an amazing host as well. Five stars from me on this one, and I’m glad because I keep getting frustrated when I stay somewhere up here because almost no one gives accurate photos or descriptions, but Rebecca’s place is better than shown and better than advertised. Also a great price for something that can easily fit your whole family.

Our family of five plus two grandparents just spent 5 nights at Mary Jane’ s place in Willow. We had an absolute blast. We drove an hour north to hike the Curry Ridge Trail with beautiful views of Denali national park. Then we went to Snowhook Adventures, about 10 minutes away, for a dog sled and Utv tour. This was a blast! The next day, we mined for gold near Talkeetna and took a train ride and jet boat tour with Mahay’s. The next day, we hiked ThunderBird Falls. All about an hour or less away. So the house was centrally located for all our adventures. Regarding the house, it was so ,comfortable, welcoming and nice and clean! I have never stayed in an Airbnb that had all the amenities that I value so readily available. Bear spray and water bottles for hikes, sharp knives, plenty of paper towels, laundry and cleaning supplies. I can’t recommend Mary Jane as a host and this property enthusiastically enough! Thanks so much for the great time!!

Had a wonderful, relaxing weekend at this place. Very thankful for the wood stove as the weather was cold. the bed and pillows we so comfy, would definitely stay here again.
