Clean, comfortable and cute for those looking for a comfy place to get away from it all. Carmen’s Cabin was built by my daughter Carmen and her father in 2005. Open, bright, clean and cozy, this beautiful and efficient cabin is found in a wonderfully pleasant and family friendly neighborhood. It was situated on site to take maximum advantage of the stunning views of Kachemak Bay and the Grewingk Glacier. This is a no-pet listing, just right for one or two people. Located in the heart of old town, close to restaurants and only a brief walk to Bishop’s beach. Each cozy cabin has all the amenities to make your stay comfortable! The cabin has been recently renovated with a new king sized bed and a pullout couch that fashions into a full sized bed. The couch is most suitable for children. So many adventures to await!

This simple, charming cabin sits atop a green (or white or brown) pasture overlooking Kachemak Bay and two spoiled horses. It has a quiet “out of town” feel, yet, the Spit and downtown homer are only an 8-12 minute drive away. You might find fresh eggs from our hens in the refrigerator if they are producing well! We loved our stay with Taylor! The cabin was lovely, the pictures almost don’t do it justice - I loved all the personal touches and how comfortable it was to be there. It was our dog’s first time staying with us at an Air B&B and he enjoyed it too! Once he met the host dog Spruce, he settled right in. All the dogs we encountered at the property were very friendly and sweet, they all go along well with our dog and we LOVE Spruce - what a sweetheart! 💕 We had a great time chatting with Taylor’s partner, he was super welcoming! 10/10 would recommend staying here. 😊

Good place, nice peaceful energy and clean environment. Shower popped off, with two shower heads and super hot water. The only thing we didn’t love was having to walk so far to the bathroom (and that the bathroom was cold) but it’s worth the price and location. Owner was responsive and friendly. WiFi was decent. Really nice simple white decor

We had a wonderful stay at this gorgeous home! The pictures definitely do not do it justice. The home is very well appointed, spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hosts were organized, easy to communicate with, and accommodating. We will be back for sure!
