This place was only a $20 from airport via Uber. Walking distance to several pubs and grocery. NEW and SPOTLESS Great internet and NEW Smart TV. Cerealstop comparing apartment and jams and coffee already there. If you need to be near the airport... Stop comparing apartments and RENT THIS ONE!

Loved staying at Avonview apartments in Clapham Junction. 5 minutes walk to Clapham Junction station (National Rail to Waterloo or Victoria or the overground tube), and tons of shops and restaurants close by (everything within 5-10 mins walk). The apartment was very comfortable for my 3 teenagers and me, and had everything we needed. Anton and the team are excellent hosts and very responsive, with lots of local information provided. Would happily stay here again.

As a family of 4 our stay was everything we hoped for and more! Thank you to our wonderful hosts.

Lucy's apartment was absoloutely lovely, beautifully styled & decorated for Christmas. The quality and quantity of groceries to get you started were excellent. The size of all the rooms is very spacious with the 3rd bedroom as expected size. The apartment was also exceptionally clean. The location is excellent with less than 5 minutes walk to shops, supermarket, restaurants, pubs and train station. There is a lovely private garden which was covered in snow while we were there and looked magical. Due to the exceptionally cold snap followed by mild weather there were some plumbing issues which Lucy dealt with immediately sending a plumber to fix in a short time scale after hours. I highly recommend Lucy's apartment! Thank you Lucy!

The property was beautifully maintained, and the host was readily available to answer all inquiries. My eight-year-old enjoyed playing around the house, and the accommodations comfortably suited our party of four, including two senior guests.

Rob is the best host! Communication was easy and pleasant, and he was always available and ready to help. The apartment was clean, cosy, and exactly as described. The area is great – quiet, yet with convenient access to transport and major attractions. It’s clear that Rob genuinely cares about his guests’ comfort. I highly recommend him and would gladly stay again!

Tolles Apartment im 17. Stock mit fantastischem Ausblick und riesiger Dachterrasse. 3-4 Minuten bis zur Bahnstation East Croydon, von dort in ca. 20-25 Minuten an der London Bridge. AJ war immer sehr aufmerksam und stand zu jeder Zeit für Fragen zur Verfügung. Unkomplizierter Checkin bzw. Checkout.

Camera con bagno accogliente, posizione molto strategica, avendo di fronte la fermata del bus grazie alla quale si raggiunge molto facilmente il centro cittá. Frigo e microonde molto comodi… presente anche una macchinetta nespresso con 2 caffè e vari the; al bagno presente bagnoschiuma, balsamo e asciugamani. Aria condizionata funzionante perfettamente. Tornassi indietro risceglierei quest’alloggio. Grazie a Tania che è stata sempre disponibile per qualsiasi cosa.

I have really enjoyed sharing this house with professionals working in London, all very considerate, clean and tidy. We had a couple of small issues but Zen solved them immediately. The location in zone 3 was very convenient, with buses and tube not far from the house. I recommend this place to anyone traveling to London for work or for pleasure.

Zusammenfassend hatten wir eine schöne Zeit bei Fabrianna. Von Anfang an war die Kommunikation einwandfrei und super zuvorkommend. Sie ist eine super Gastgeberin. Die Lage ist außerhalb London bzw. bis zum Zentrum ca. 45 Minuten oder etwas länger (je nach dem wie man fährt) . Für uns war das aber kein Problem. Der Check-In ist einfach per Schlüsselbox geregelt. Die Wohnung ist für 3-4 Personen am besten geeignet. Man hat eine Küche in der man alles hat was man braucht. Das Viertel ist sehr ruhig und schön.

We had a wonderful stay here and I would absolutely recommend it. The apartment is very comfortable, spacious, clean, and well taken care of, with a beautiful outdoor space and a fully stocked kitchen. The location is great as well, within short walking distance to shops/restaurants and a few different underground lines (including easy access to Heathrow and St. Pancras International). And Serena and Samer are fantastic hosts! Very glad we chose this spot and I hope to be back again in the future.

I had a fantastic stay at Daniel and Alex’s Vantage Apartments. The flat was even better than advertised—spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and extremely comfortable. The location was perfect, with shops and multiple transport options just a short walk away. Check-in and check-out instructions were clear and simple, and the team was incredibly responsive when I had a minor maintenance request. I highly recommend their apartment and will definitely stay with them again!
