In the heart of a fully renovated old barn, come and stay in the quiet countryside while being close to La Rochelle, Niort or the Poitevin marsh. The 5-person vacation rental is divided into a large living room with equipped kitchen as well as 2 bedrooms (including one on the mezzanine) as well as a bathroom/toilet. Outside, the swimming pool shared with the hosts is accessible from May to September (depending on the weather). The children's playground or the petanque court will keep you busy.

Commerce à 5 mn. Balade possible sur les bords de sèvre et dans la foret de Chizé. Golf de Niort à 15 mn. Accès à la piscine chauffée partagée avec nous de début mai à fin septembre.

For your evenings, warm up by the brazier on the pergola with a good meal that you will have the opportunity to cook in its new and equipped kitchen.
