You will have at your disposal, free of charge, a boat, a canoe and two bikes.

L'Audric is a nice studio, central point between Niort, La Rochelle & Rochefort, 1 hour from Palmyre Zoo and Futuroscope and 30 minutes from the beach. You can rest at L'Audric, its private courtyard away from prying eyes will allow you to enjoy the deckchairs, barbecue, children can play with the facilities on site. For your evenings, warm up by the brazier on the pergola with a good meal that you will have the opportunity to cook in its new and equipped kitchen.

This building has been built in XVIII century and overlook the Vieux Port. With its three bedrooms and two bathrooms it allow six people to enjoy very comfortably their stay in la Rochelle. Its exceptional situation made it very convenient for going out to a bar or restaurants very near by or to cook products you have bought a the fresh market (open daily). No need for a car to visit and enjoy La Rochelle from this place.
