Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Surfside Beach

We came to town on a girls beach trip and this stay was perfect!! The location is amazing, and we felt very safe and comfortable here. The house has all of the basics you’d need. And extra beach towels!! Overall - we will absolutely be back and had a great stay. Karl was a 10/10 host, he was great at checking in to make sure we were comfy and always responded quickly!!

House had beautiful coastal vibes, and lovely yard. Great location, very walkable to the marsh walk but using the golf cart was also great! House was very clean and all the amenities, like the washer and dryer were useful. Also the screened in porches were so nice to hang out on.

My family of 6 had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful property for a family vacation. The location of the property is perfect-15 minute car ride to Broadway at the beach, close to tons of restaurants and walking distance to the ocean. April was very responsive in the property was very clean. The beds were comfortable and my four boys from 15 to 5 years old thoroughly enjoyed the game room.

Jennifer was a great host and responded quickly. We enjoyed our stay in her clean one bedroom apartment. It was peaceful and relaxing.

Chelsea and Dan’s place is just a perfect place to vacation. Not far at all from the beach. Everything you could ask for is included to help you travel with less! I would definitely recommend this property!

This was our first family beach vacation and staying at the Lucky Duck made it spectacular! We loved being just steps from the beach and being able to walk to restaurants and the pier! The private shaded pool was very well kept and the lounge chairs were perfect! We loved that each room had its own bathroom, and the balcony off the two rooms was a plus! I cannot recommend this place enough!! We look forward to staying at Lucky Duck again!

We had a wonderful experience. The property was in a great location with easy access to the beach. The house was clean and accommodating for 3 people. Gabrielle responded promptly. I highly recommend this property.

A great weekend getaway for my children and I. 1 min walk from the beach which was fantastic! Lovely view of the ocean great location! The condo was very clean 10/10 would recommend. Also Tiffany was very helpful always a quick response. Would definitely book again.

We had such a great stay here! Paul and Christine were wonderful hosts who were very welcoming of us and our 10 year old chatty Corgi mix. There are plenty of outdoor spaces to hang out in, including a beautiful enclosed dog run in the back that has a hammock, chairs and garden. The shower was nice and hot with great water pressure. The neighborhood is quiet and dog-friendly, and walkable to nearby restaurants (we drove because of the dog). The location is perfect for Murrells Inlet and the drive to the beach was only about 10 minutes. We would definitely stay here again!

This is indeed a hidden gem, words itself can’t express from location, privacy, amenities, cleanliness, affordable, from responsiveness of the owner, host, co host it has been and all exclusive experience, I will most definitely recommend and will most definitely book again!!! This was such an amazing stay! Tons of stores and restaurants and even things to do all within walking distance. Jacquie was amazing at making sure we didn’t have any questions and keeping in contact throughout our stay! Will definitely visit here again!

The kind of place you'd like to keep a secret but can't because others will appreciate it too. Very very comfortable, quiet and well equipped for our stay. Extremely clean and well kept. We'll definitely be back until our home is completed.

We absolutely loved our stay! Jeff and Kelly were very accommodating and friendly. The condo had everything we needed and was very clean. I would 100% recommend this rental! We will definitely be staying again in the future!

We had a wonderful time staying at Todd’s Airbnb. The location was beautiful,right on the beach and within walking distance to many locations. The condo was perfect and had a really nice beach home vibe, very clean and exactly as described. Todd was quick to respond to any messages and also very accommodating. He provided great recommendations and any little hiccups during our stay, he took care of immediately. One of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had. So much so that before this booking even ended, we booked an additional week at his other condo for mid May! I’m telling you, this is the place to rent this summer! Great experience all around and I can’t say enough good things about the condo, location and especially the host and his team. Their maintenance staff that we met briefly during our stay were wonderful! We will be saving this host as a favorite for future reservations.

We had a great time staying! There’s a lot to do and a ton of walkable restaurants to eat at. The pool at the resort was super nice and open late for swimming. The beach was right out the back and had a private wash off station for sand.

The condo was clean, comfortable and as pictured. The kitchen had basic cookware and there were plenty of plates, forks, etc. The bathroom was clean, with great water pressure in the shower. A nice surprise was that the downstairs bedroom has a king bed (queen in description), as does the upstairs loft. The best part is the location to the beach. It’s right across the street from a public access, which is for golf carts only. This meant less car traffic in and out. I would stay here again! Great spot for the price! Thank you to the hosts!

Best kept secret in Myrtle Beach! Patrick’s place was exactly what we needed for me, my wife, and our four-year-old daughter. It was just across the street from the beach, a perfect location. I think it was a great value for what was provided. I really appreciated how Patrick went above and beyond to provide extra things to make things feel more at home like shampoo and conditioner, ziploc bags, basic seasonings for cooking, pots, and pans (and little things like that that are often forgotten or not thought about until you really need them!). The balcony was really nice to enjoy mornings and evenings. Also, the air conditioner was super powerful and kept us cool (I’d recommend keeping it at 73 or 74 as it gets cold fast!). From what I can tell, the pool is not open 100% of the time, but it was for us! It was a really nice to have this add-on and be able to swim in the pool, that was a huge bonus! The condo had everything that we needed including a washer, dryer, dishwasher. 5 stars!

We had a great stay! I was having a wifi issue at one point, and the host came out to fix the problem. It was a very cute place to stay with great amenities. My only caution is the stairs outside of the AirBnB, which I know the host does not have a control of. But the stairs were very slippery. But other than that, the place itself was great! We had a great time!

Sarinya”s place was just as shown and very clean and tastefully decorated. There was everything you would need and more, plenty of room for comfort. The bedroom is spacious with comfortable bed, kitchen well supplied and comfortable living room with large tv. Also had beach chairs, umbrellas and walk across street to beach access in 7 minutes. Parking was easy, covered to keep car cool in hot temps. This was beyond a 5 star unit and Sarinya was quick to respond to any questions. I highly recommend staying here.

We enjoyed our stay in Donna and Ron’s beautiful condo. It was so clean and had everything we needed. Donna was very quick to answer any questions that we had. We have been staying in the Surfside/Garden City area for the 40 years that we’ve been married and this place was our favorite so far!

great place, with a fantastic pool, the walk to the beach is not far at all, about 100m and rather quiet for June. the appointment is on the 3rd floor so some stair climbing is required but what a great and recently refurbished place.
