This apartment has its own private back porch to enjoy breezes coming off of the Intracoastal Waterway. Bring your kayak/paddle board to enjoy the ICW. Holden Beach, grocery & dining are 3 miles away. No Smoking on the Premises. No loud music, no visitors and no partying. Guests may use the dock & pier (at your own risk) Guests can watch the activity on the water and Jet skis are for rent nearby. ** No WiFi, No Children, No Pets. This open-floor plan home on pilings is on the island's west side and features a three-bedroom (three-bath)/two-full-bathroom configuration. Oak Island beaches are a short one-mile walk or drive away. We offer a 6-seater electric golf cart with a pre-paid parking pass to rent by the day. You must be over 21 to operate it.

Located off the beaten path, you’ll have peace, quiet, and privacy. Just a few miles from Holden Beach! There are also several other beaches in the nearby area, as well as some great restaurants and gift shops. We offer the use of a smaller shed off to the side of the tiny house to use as a closet to store your bags and clothes. Swimming pool located at main home, contact Geri to make access arrangements.
