The view the view the view! Listen to the beach your whole trip from your balcony. Comfortable, clean, convenient location, private and quiet! Excellent unit! We travel a lot and this was our favorite vacation spot ever!

Megan’s place was bright, spacious and posh. Everything was sparkling clean, newly upgraded and very well appointed. The king size memory foam mattress slept like a dream, and the apartment definitely feels like nice hotel suite. Best of all the breezes from the river off the balcony made hot and humid days so much more pleasant. I also really appreciated the fact the building has an elevator for bringing luggage up. Megan was a caring and attentive hostess. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The Loft was just like the pictures—beautiful and clean! We would absolutely stay here again. It is located in a great spot we were able to take a short walk to a couple restaurants, as well as the beach. The hosts had very precise details on check in and check out, they made everything very easy for us. Highly recommend staying here!

My stay was perfect. Erika was a great host and is so nice! I booked last minute when I had a problem arise with other accommodations. Erika responded quickly and went out of her way to make sure I was able to get into the suite. The suite is cute, cozy, super clean and comfortable. It is loaded with everything needed for a wonderful stay.

This was our second time staying at Steven's place. We love the location, which allows us to access historic downtown restaurants and concerts at Riverfront Park on foot and easily drive to beaches. And the apartment provides a comfortable and roomy space to rest and recover from all the fun!

We had such a wonderful time at Mary Margaret's place! Being steps from the beach was incredibly convenient, making it so easy to enjoy the sun and sand whenever we wanted. We also really appreciated having a cool bar with great drink specials and live music just around the corner. The apartment itself has such a lovely bohemian beach feel, it's really well designed and so comfortable. We're definitely hoping to come back soon!

We absolutely enjoyed every minute of our long weekend stay - the location was perfect, with restaurants, shopping and beach access within steps. Very convenient and felt safe to walk around with our son, both morning and at night. The dedicated parking spots, along with generous beach day and in-unit amenities were very much appreciated. The morning and evening views from the balcony were peaceful - by far one of our favorite long weekend memories as a family. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for the perfect beach trip location with responsive, welcoming hosts. We will be booking again!

Everything was great. Very clean and had everything we needed. The microwave is in a bad place. It would be better on the counter. Beds were very comfortable.

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay at Driftwood Den in Hampstead. It was a cozy, perfect space for two with a beautiful deck. We had an extended stay and Stephanie went out of her way to accommodate us, answer all of our questions, and never made me feel like I was bothering her. She provided a toaster oven in addition to the microwave and added adorable rolling rack with hangers. The AC is super strong and everything was very clean, modern, and not cluttered at all. She was a wonderful hostess and we highly recommend.

The view of the ocean was absolutely stunning—truly the kind of view you could stare at for hours. The deck was perfect for morning coffee, sunset watching, and everything in between. Inside, the place was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully put together to make us feel right at home. Emily was a fantastic host—responsive, kind, and quick to address any issues that came up. She genuinely cared about our comfort and even went above and beyond to compensate us for a minor inconvenience, which we really appreciated. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, beautiful escape with top-notch hospitality!

A perfect little spot for a couple! Incredibly easy walk to the beach and cute restaurants/shops. The beach access right across from the unit wasn't overly crowded and made for relaxing and peaceful beach days.

What a beautiful home for our family to relax in and enjoy the sounds of the ocean every day! James was a great host, welcoming and easy to contact. The house was one of the cleanest we have ever stayed in, with accurate photos and descriptions on line. We would love to visit again and will definitely recommend this house to our friends and family.

Janet should be a super host if she is not already ranked as one. She was very hospitable and the location was amazing. We had everything we needed including complimentary drinks and snacks.

We just spent a week at Sittin In The Sand. It was a fabulous week. We were all extremely happy with our house. It was very clean and well appointed. We had 11 family members and all the adults had a private room. Two of the bedrooms were ocean facing and had en-suite baths. The other 2 bathrooms were right outside the bedroom doors. The 5 kids shared the large 4th bedroom with plenty of room. Any questions we had were immediately answered. The owners reached out us to make sure we were comfortable and happy. The basement/garage was great with a ping pong table, a second refrigerator and tons of outdoor toys and chairs. The location is very close to the pier so we walked or biked most places. They provided bikes. We are hoping to rebook this house many times. It could definitely be our home away from home

The beautiful balcony, space just as expected, responsive host, and all the essentials already there made our first family of 3 vacation with our little boy very enjoyable! We loved ordering dinner and eating on the patio to watch the sunset. The pool is clean and perfect after a day at the beach!

Another great summer vacation in the books! Chad is THE BEST host and his place is the best one on the beach!! We are repeat guests & highly recommend this condo. I've rented a lot of AirBNB all around the country & this one ranks as one of the top on the list. Chad goes above & beyond. I wish he would buy & rent out some more places!!!

Great location, clean condo, and was exactly as described! Only a couple of minute walk to the beach, umbrella and chairs were provided, and Kelly was super friendly and responsive. I would stay here again!

Warren's condo was perfect and just as descried and pictured. The evenings on the deck watching the boats go by and beautiful sunsets were wonderful.

Had read reviews about the high tide and although it came up to the stairs it wasn’t a problem at all. Great location… nice and quiet. The bed was super comfortable. It rained the whole time we were there so we stayed in the majority of our stay. Not much to do on the island when it’s rainy but still a good getaway.
