My studio is a 7 minute walk from the station RER A Nanterre Ville and bus stops. It is next to the Park Chemin de l’île, the city market of Nanterre Ville, the University of Paris 10 Nanterre, and la Défense, the business district. You will appreciate my place for its comfort, its large living room, its terrace and little garden, its independance, and its very quiet neighbourhood. My studio is perfect for couples, travellers and businessmen and women. Time to Orly airport: 1h10 - Roissy: 1h20.

Beautiful elegant apartment, with 2 floors, on the 1st: living room and fitted kitchen, on the 2nd: master suite with dressing room and adjoining shower room. Independent accommodation located on a plot that includes our main house. A garden is at your disposal: terrace and outdoor lounge. On a quiet street 50 m from the city center, many shops are within walking distance. The T4 stop is a 10-min walk, Paris is 40 min by RER. Access to A1 (Disneyland) and A3 (Paris) is a 5-minute drive away.

Small independent house, it has the charm of the past with all the comforts of today, ideally located between the Place des Vosges and the Île Saint Louis. Cosy townhouse perfectly situated in the safe and peaceful prestigious neighbourhood of St Germain en Laye, giving you close access to Paris and Versailles, yet enjoying the serenity of urban life with lush greenery around. A short 10 - 12 min walk brings you to the castle, park, and the RER station. Market, bars, restaurants & commodities are also just a few mins walk away. House is set next to the forest where you can enjoy long walks or bicycling in the nature.

Located in a peaceful environment, our charming little detached house, completely renovated (2023), is the ideal place for lovers of tranquility and comfort. It is located in a residential area, called Little Deauville because of the beautiful villas that line the street. Paris is accessible by train in 35 minutes (with a train station just a 2-minute walk away), offering convenient and quick access to Parisian cultural life. And breakfast is on us!

Beautiful, very bright loft, ideal for Porte Maillot or Cnit congresses, concerts at La Défense Arena or visiting Paris as a family: tram and train to St Lazare 8 minutes, metro Line 1 15 minutes, bus to Pont de Neuilly in front of the house. Access to Cnit or La Défense 20 min walk, 10 min by bus City centre, close to shops and the Puteaux market, Puteaux island and Bois de Boulogne 10 min walk.

Fully equipped 16 m² studio with a large 140 X 200 bed a bathroom with shower and separate toilet and a small kitchen Our studio opens onto our private courtyard Our studio is non-smoking. We no longer accept profiles without comments. Please note that our 2 little cats can be curious if you leave it open!
