Features enjoyed by my guests: -Independent access from the street to our group of CHAMBERI LIVING apartments, located on the second floor with private elevator, guarantees you maximum privacy , comfort and independence. With meticulous design and a clear commitment to minimalist elegance, this apartment will captivate you. Every detail has been carefully selected to offer you a sophisticated and cozy atmosphere, ideal for relaxing after a day exploring the vibrant city of Madrid. The kitchen is fully equipped with the best appliances, independent laundry and everything you need to make you feel at home. Its open concept design merges with a spacious living room, a bar with high stools and a nice glass window bathes the space with warm natural light. Fully equipped: sheets, towels, amenities kit in each bathroom, consisting of 2 gel-shampoo dispensers and 2 rolls of toilet paper. In the kitchen you will have at your disposal a welcome kit consisting of: 1 bottle of dishwasher 30ml, 1 scourer, 1 multipurpose cloth and 1 garbage bag. IMPORTANT: FOR REASONS OF HYGIENE, WE DO NOT LEAVE ANY FOOD PRODUCTS: NO OIL, NO SALT, NO VINEGAR, NO SUGAR. NO COFFEE OR TEA EITHER. It also has a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine, hair dryer, heating and air conditioning. Other features you should take into account: -During the day, the living room is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the company, and at night, the sofa becomes a large and comfortable double bed where you can rest peacefully. The bathroom has double access from the bedroom and the living room, allowing its independent use. In the bedroom, dreamy nights await you thanks to the comfortable bed and en-suite bathroom. The high-end finishes and the careful design will transport you to the experience of a luxurious five-star hotel. For your convenience, an umbrella is available in the flat in case of rain during your stay. It has a washing machine, iron, internet access (600 Mbps Wi-Fi), heating, air conditioning and a television. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, a "Dolce Gusto" capsule coffee machine, a fridge, a microwave, crockery and cutlery. The shower with shower gel, shampoo, hand soap, hair dryer, face and body towel. Madrid is 30 minutes away by car, and the bus stop to Madrid "Legazpi" is a 1-minute walk away. Cercanías train to "Puerta del Sol" and "Puerta de Atocha" station is a 20-minute walk (you can also park your car next to the Cercanías train stop). Toledo 40 minutes by car Warner Park is 15 minutes away by car, and the bus stop to Warner Park is a 1-minute walk away (only on weekdays). Bright, south-facing home in a quiet central neighborhood, just 600 meters from Retiro Park. Fun and original, with an industrial-chic vibe, this 160 m² house has lots of natural light, a small garden, and a private parking spot. Downstairs there’s a large open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area (about 70 m² / 750 sq ft), with underfloor heating and AC in every room. The kitchen is fully equipped, and we provide bed linens, towels, and all the basics you’ll need for a comfortable stay. You’ll also find a small private gym on this floor. Upstairs are the three bedrooms: • The main bedroom has a 180 x 200 cm / 71 x 79 inches bed (King Size) and a private bathroom. • The second bedroom also has a 180 x 200 cm / 71 x 79 inches bed (King Size) and shares a bathroom with the third room. • The third bedroom, which is the smallest, has a trundle bed (90 x 200 cm). It can be pulled out to create two single beds (90 x 200 cm each), placed very close together—ideal for two kids or two people who are comfortable sharing close space. There’s also the option to join them and form a 180 x 200 cm bed (King Size), suitable for a couple.

The bathrooms are equipped with a shower tray. The living-dining room is open to the kitchen, thus generating an incredible feeling of spaciousness and light, and has a large and comfortable double sofa bed that allows for a more flexible distribution in the use of beds by the occupants.
