The studio space boasts an open-plan living area, rich red and yellow tones, soaring ceilings, and a walkout to the secluded outdoor lounge. RECOMMENDED FOR COUPLES OR COUPLES WITH CHILDREN. NOT FOR THREE ADULTS In a unique space with almost 4 meters high, in this "Pied a terre" which receives its light, both from the huge windows open to a restricted traffic street and from its green “Patio” courtyard, have combined vintage pieces of the years 70 and 80 of s. XX, with signatures such as those of Pierre Folie (Jacques Charpentier), Paco Rabanne and the Spanish designer Oscar Tusquets. It has created a sophisticated but cozy atmosphere, to which the spectacular patio, unique in Madrid, adds a fresh and magical touch. The Loft has a double bed (1.50 x 1.90) and an extra individual bed for a child not older than 16 years. Emiliano and Javier are available for what our guest needs. We live just 10 minutes from the Studio, trying to be close to your needs. Just in Paseo del Prado Area, reciently declared by UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE SITE over 400 years ago, literary figures Lope de Vega, Calderón de la Barca, or Cervantes himself live in the Barrio de las Letras. Today it is one of the main attractions of Madrid. The area is home to museums, art, restaurants, and bars. Perfectly communicated, located in the same exit of the metro station "Antón Martín", in the vicinity of the ATOCHA station, this apartment is located five minutes walk from the main tourist attractions of Madrid: Plaza de Santa Ana, from Sol or from the Plaza Mayor.

Enjoy the simplicity of this quiet, downtown and very bright accommodation. Ideal for families due to the comfort of the apartment, the spaciousness and its large full kitchen. Everything totally new. The street is right next to a pedestrian area with shops where you can find everything you need. Five minutes walk to popular Plaza Cervantes and Calle Mayor, and 7 minutes to Renfe Cercanias Station. There is a free parking lot at 8 minutes walk and a paid parking two minutes away.

We are located in Calle Carlos Arniches Nº 11 in the heart of Madrid, two minutes from the Latina metro, in this street they put El Rastro every Sunday, the apartment has a separate room, a full bathroom and a living room area with American kitchen. The apartment is super bright as it has a lot of natural light both in the living room and in the bedroom. The Appartment was really nice - the metro is a bit far away but all in all the connections where really nice. The only thing i didnt know is that there was a big construction site in front of the house - so the house wasnt really living up to the noise-free standard mentioned on the website. But all in all a great place to stay.

Ana is a very friendly host. We arrived Madrid at early morning so we asked for an early check-in. Ana was so kind, she waited for us at the apartment and it was 10:00am. The apartment is easy to find and locate just behind the market, many restaurants and bars surrounding. However, you couldn’t hear any noise at night except bird. We have a wonderful experience at Madrid. Thanks Ana.

Jose helped us with everything we needed, always with a smile. The place was exactly what we needed: Close to every place you'll want to visit, by walk. There are constructions around (suppose to end in a week or soo- but the windows are double glass so you can't hear anything. Overall- we LOVED our stay We felt right at home Definitely we'll come back

Mariana's place was the most beautifully designed space I stayed în and I felt especially honored to be there as I am a fan of the Never too small channel. The place had everything you need and its position was the best, în the La Latina quartier, which is central enough (about 1km of The km 0), but feels like living among the locals. You also have shops nearby - Carrefour market 2 minutes away, 2 non-stop shops 4 minutes away and a bigger Dia supermarket 7 minutes away (also remmember that Madrid has good water and you can drink from the fountains în the city).Metro station is also near- 5 minutes away. And if you need to store your bags, there is a place on the same street with lockers. There is also El Rastro outdoor market that happens every Sunday, which is also on the street of the accomodation and I really recommend. Would come back if I had the chance.

Great location that is walkable to the city center and close to the Metro. The apartment has lots of natural light along with blackout window coverings for a great night of sleep. Ál is a fantastic host and provides many additional amenities to make you feel right at home. Thanks Ál for making our stay in Madrid comfortable and fun!
