Lakeside cabin with scenic views of Rukatunturi and surrounding fells. Set in quiet and pristine Finnish nature, yet only 10 minutes (10 km) from Ruka ski center. Apart from downhill skiing and cross country skiing (the FIS Nordic Combined season kicks off in Ruka) there are numerous hiking trails, including the famous Karhunkierros (Bear's Round), crosscountry ski &snowmobile routes, biking routes, fishing, bird watching, bear watching and also ample time to enjoy a sauna and peaceful silence.

Renovated semi-detached house (2br, 67sqm) in a quiet location, 5 km from Ruka. 500 m to the cross-country skiing track, 100 m to the snowmobile trail, and 4 km to the grocery store. The apartment is great for families or a group of friends. The floor plan is such that the smaller bedroom and the separate toilet are separated from the rest of the apartment by a door, so privacy is available. A nice atmosphere is created by an open fireplace, sauna, a terrace, and a forest landscape as a bonus.

Ketorinne is a beautiful and peaceful place at the countryside. The house is in the village of Virkkula near by Ruka. Ketorinne is lovely place for familes with children. We have well and diversely equipped kitchen. The house has everything you need for your holiday. The garden is big. Outside there are spacious views to the Porontima Lake, mountains and to the green nature. We have free WIFI. In summer time you can book a hot tub for a different price. Price is 130€ /2 days or 180€/week.

Rokovan Helmi - Natural peace in Ruka-Kuusamo

Surrounded by clean and quiet nature, Rokovan Helmi is a perfect hideaway for a group of 2 to 4. The cabin is built in 2019 and is designed by a local company Kuusamo Log Houses. It's a perfect fit for people who love their own peace in a modern environment, yet want all the services to be close at the same time. The cabin is a 6 minute car ride from the nearest East Ruka ski lifts and a 12 minute car ride from Ruka village services. Ski, snowmobil and outdoor trails can be found right nearby.

Tervetuloa nauttimaan perinteiseen ja tunnelmalliseen hirsimökkiin upean Kuusamoon luonnon keskelle. Retkeile, kalasta, marjasta ja talvella sään salliessa voit hiihtää järveltä Rukalle asti. Upea tähtitaivas kruunaa iltataivaan ja läpi yön paistava aurinko kesäyöt. Mökillä on perusmukavuudet, mutta vaatii silti mökkeilyn perustaitoja (mm.takan ja rantasaunan lämmitys). Joulukuussa 2024 valmistunut korkealaatuinen ja tyylikäs paritalomökki hyvällä varustelutasolla lähellä Rukatunturin palveluita. Nauti talvisista luontomaisemista ja rauhasta 1.8 km Rukatunturin hiihtohisseistä ja palveluista. Vuosselinjärven hiihtoladulle kävelet muutamassa minuutissa. Mökki soveltuu erinomaisesti mm. lapsiperheille - löytyy syöttötuoli sekä matkasänky. Mökissä myös oma sähköauton latausmahdollisuus. Hyvät puitteet etätyöskentelyyn, käytettävissä 27’ näyttö ja 5G-nettiyhteys.

Aktiivisille lomailijoille Rukan rinteet ovat vain n. 20 minuutin päässä, lähin hiihtolatu kulkee n. 1,5 km etäisyydellä, kelkkareitti 1 km etäisyydellä, järvi näköetäisyydellä ja Kuusamon keskustan palvelut vain n. 20 minuutin päässä. Rauhaa ja yksityisyyttä etsiville mökki tarjoaa ihanteellisen ja luonnonläheisen paikan järven helmassa ja luonnon sylissä.

Moderni ja viihtyisä hirsihuvila Villa Joutsensalmi sijaitsee Salmilammella vain muutaman minuutin ajomatkan päässä Rukan keskustan monipuolisista palveluista. Hyvin varusteltu Villa Joutsensalmi luo hienot puitteet aktiiviselle lomanvietolle kaikkina vuodenaikoina ainutlaatuisessa Kuusamon luonnossa. Kesäisin ja syksyisin retkeily- ja maastopyöräreiteille pääsee lähimaastosta. Talvella ja keväällä Rukan ympäristön hoidetuille hiihtoladuille sekä moottorikelkkareiteille pääsee mökin pihasta.

Meillä majoitut turvallisesti erilliseen huoneistoon omalla sisäänkäynnillä. Rauhallinen sijainti kauniin Ylä-Juumajärven rannalla n. 2 km Juuman kylästä,3 km Pienestä Karhunkierroksesta,Oulangan kansallispuiston kupeella. Lähistöllä upeat luontokohteet: Karhunkierrokset, Riisitunturi, Ruka, Kiutaköngäs yms. Voit tehdä päiväretkiä läheisiin kohteisiin.Rantasauna on käytettävissäsi ja neuvomme sen lämmittämisessä. Käytössä WiFi. Hintaan sisältyy liinavaatteet ja pyyheliinat kolmelle.

Traditional Finnish lakeside cabin with a peaceful location to enjoy quiet nature and the cleanest air in the world. Fabulous downhill ski slopes at Ruka ski resort can be easily reached in 10 min by car. Fully equipped cabin with wood fired sauna, wood fired family hot tub outdoors, and much more! The cabin grounds include a spacious barbecue hut, where you can enjoy cooking on a fire in winter or summer. Sheets, towels and final cleaning are always included with the rental price.

Moisasenharju Rukatunturi

Cozy cottage near by Ruka (5km). Only three semi-detached houses in the same area. The nearest grocery store (Sale market) is 3 km away. Linens (sheet, duvet cover, pillowcase) and towels are not included in the rent, they must be brought to the cottage yourself. Or you can rent them from me for an extra fee €25/person. Toilet paper and paper towels are available at the cottage. The rental includes 1 bag of firewood.

Typical Finnish house, warm and bright with sauna. Unique and quiet accommodation, just 20 km from the Ruka ski area and at the gates of the Oulanka National Park which covers 290 km² of nature, boreal forests and wild rivers. Possibility of fishing, berries, mushrooms and hiking. The rent includes the use of a rowing boat. During the hunting season is also rented out to hunters.
