Welcome to enjoy a traditional and atmospheric log cabin in the middle of nature in beautiful Kuusamo. Go hiking, fishing, picking berries and, in winter, weather permitting, you can ski from the lake all the way to Ruka. A magnificent starry sky crowns the evening sky, and the sun shining through the night illuminates the summer nights. The cottage has basic amenities, but you still need basic cottage skills (e.g. heating the fireplace and the lakeside sauna). Bedding/towels and final cleaning are not included in the rent. The other side of the cottage is available for rent as additional space. Ask for more information!

Each apartment in Villa Aikkila has three bedrooms, a living room, a well-equipped kitchen and a sauna with its own large terrace. The large windows in the living room and kitchen offer views of the beautiful scenery. The apartments are stylishly and well-furnished, and the apartments have all the necessary equipment down to the smallest details. The apartments are approximately 80 square meters in size. There are 9 beds per apartment. A beach sauna, lean-to and traditional hut, as well as a campfire pit, are included in the price. Linens and cleaning are included in the price.

Apart from downhill skiing and cross country skiing (the FIS Nordic Combined season kicks off in Ruka) there are numerous hiking trails, including the famous Karhunkierros (Bear's Round), crosscountry ski &snowmobile routes, biking routes, fishing, bird watching, bear watching and also ample time to enjoy a sauna and peaceful silence.

Ketorinne is a beautiful and peaceful place at the countryside. The house is in the village of Virkkula near by Ruka. Ketorinne is lovely place for familes with children. We have well and diversely equipped kitchen. The house has everything you need for your holiday. The garden is big. Outside there are spacious views to the Porontima Lake, mountains and to the green nature. We have free WIFI. In summer time you can book a hot tub for a different price. Price is 130€ /2 days or 180€/week.

You will stay safely in a separate apartment with its own entrance. Quiet location on the shore of the beautiful Ylä-Juumajärvi, about 2 km from Juuma village, 3 km from Pieni Karhunkierros, near Oulanka National Park. Nearby are wonderful nature sites: Karhunkierrokset, Riisitunturi, Ruka, Kiutaköngäs, etc. You can make day trips to nearby destinations. The beach sauna is at your disposal and we will advise you on how to heat it. WiFi available. The price includes linens and towels for three.

Surrounded by clean and quiet nature, Rokovan Helmi is a perfect hideaway for a group of 2 to 4. The cabin is built in 2019 and is designed by a local company Kuusamo Log Houses. It's a perfect fit for people who love their own peace in a modern environment, yet want all the services to be close at the same time. The cabin is a 6 minute car ride from the nearest East Ruka ski lifts and a 12 minute car ride from Ruka village services. Ski, snowmobil and outdoor trails can be found right nearby.

Moderni ja viihtyisä hirsihuvila Villa Joutsensalmi sijaitsee Salmilammella vain muutaman minuutin ajomatkan päässä Rukan keskustan monipuolisista palveluista. Hyvin varusteltu Villa Joutsensalmi luo hienot puitteet aktiiviselle lomanvietolle kaikkina vuodenaikoina ainutlaatuisessa Kuusamon luonnossa. Kesäisin ja syksyisin retkeily- ja maastopyöräreiteille pääsee lähimaastosta. Talvella ja keväällä Rukan ympäristön hoidetuille hiihtoladuille sekä moottorikelkkareiteille pääsee mökin pihasta.

Vietä lomasi luonnon rauhassa, naapureihin mukavasti etäisyyttä. Ikkunoista saatat nähdä revontulet ja tähtitaivaan, metsot ja jänikset juoksevat metsässä. Joskus porot vierailee lähistöllä. Latu lähellä vain 450 m, pieni kävelymatka ja olet ladulla. Vuosselin lasketturinteille myös lyhyt matka. Lähellä on myös moottorikelkkavuokraamo. Kesäisin mahdollista uida lähistöllä olevassa järvessä. Lakanat ja pyyhkeet pyydettäessä, erillishinnalla 23 eur/henkilö.

Kesäjärven rannan läheisyydessä sijaitseva loma-asunto. Asunnon ikkunoista avatutuu avara maisema Kesäjärvelle. Keittiön ikkunasta avautuu lisäksi maisema avosuolle. Talvella voi mökin pihalta lähteä suoraan hiihtämään. Hoidettu latu on noin 200 m etäisyydellä. Myös moottorikelkka reitille voit lähteä suoraan pihasta. Kesällä vaellusreitille voi lähteä suoraan pihalta. Rannassa on laituri ja soutuvene.
