Self-contained 40 sqm small house with 2 bedrooms, 2 toilets, and 2 TVs. The heating of the cottage can be adjusted with electricity or fireplaces. The yard sauna has a warm shower and firewood ready for heating the stove. You can heat your own meals in the kitchen corner. Good instructions for all functions. Pet fee 10€. Easy departure cleaning = only your own traces. NOTE: Pet economy, wood heating and grandma's cottage smells can cause symptoms for sensitive people. Stairs and uneven yard can make exercise difficult :(

A well-equipped log cabin in Jokijärvi, Taivalkoski, Finland´s Northeast. The cabin features a combined living room and kitchen + 1 bedroom. During the summer an attic room with a double bed is also in use. Use of a rowing boat, an Indian canoe and 2 stand-up paddleboards & use of the grillhut & firewood are included in the rent. You can also rent 1 single kayak separately, rental price 20€/day. Sandy-bottomed shallow beach facing south, providing a great swimming spot. Pets are also welcome!

Ideal for two guests, but can accommodate four. The apartment has a shared storage room with the neighbor, where you can store bikes/skis, etc. NOTE!
