Enjoy peace and quiet in a 40-square-metre mini-cottage. Made beds and blackout rooms. The cottage can be cooled or heated. There are mosquito nets on the windows and an insect screen on the front door. The courtyard sauna has a hot shower + firewood for heating the stove. You can prepare your own meals in the kitchenette. Good instructions for all functions. 2 rooms, 2 toilets and 2 TVs. When you leave, just remove your own traces. NOTE: Wood heating and pets can cause symptoms for sensitive people. Stairs and an uneven yard can make movement difficult!

Alppimaja -tyylinen paritalomökki Ukkohallassa, 54 m2. Mahtavat näkymät molemmilta terasseilta Syväjärvelle ja rinteisiin. Makuuhuone (parivuode), tupakeittiö, parveke, wc, pukuhuone, pesuhuone, sauna, parvi (kaksi yhden hengen sänkyä ja lisäpatja) ja iso hyvin kalustettu terassi grilleineen alhaalla. Tilat kolmessa kerroksessa, joten kohde ei sovellu liikuntaesteisille. Lemmikkieläimet ovat sallittuja Vuokralainen tuo liinavaatteet ja pyyhkeet mukanaan. Loppusiivous kuuluu vuokralaiselle.

A well-equipped log cabin in Jokijärvi, Taivalkoski, Finland´s Northeast. The cabin features a combined living room and kitchen + 1 bedroom. During the summer an attic room with a double bed is also in use. Use of a rowing boat, an Indian canoe and 2 stand-up paddleboards & use of the grillhut & firewood are included in the rent. You can also rent 1 single kayak separately, rental price 20€/day. Sandy-bottomed shallow beach facing south, providing a great swimming spot. Pets are also welcome!

Tervetuloa Villa Jaakkolaan! Villa Jaakkola on vuonna 2022 valmistunut hirsihuvila Jokijärvellä, Taivalkoskella. Huvila on tilava ja avara. Alakerrassa on yksi makuuhuone ja tupakeittiö. Parvella on lisäksi reilusti tilaa ja nukkumapaikkoja. Mökille rakennettiin kesällä 2026 uusi rantasauna. Mökistä löytyy kaikki nykyajan mukavuudet ja isoista ikkunoista avautuu kahteen suuntaan mahtava järvimaisema. Takkatulen lämmössä on mukava katsella revontulia ja kuunnella hiljaisuutta. Beds made in the bedrooms (160 cm, 120 cm). Living room sofa bed (140 cm). Travel beds for small children. Pets are welcome (please remember to inform us when booking). Linens, towels and final cleaning are included. The apartment is about three kilometers from the center of Kajaani towards the airport.

Vaaran Huoneistot welcomes guests! The apartments built in the old village school in Syöte were completed in the spring of 2023. Kuru is a lovely compact apartment with good basic equipment. Ideal for two guests, but can accommodate four. The apartment has a shared storage room with the neighbor, where you can store bikes/skis, etc. NOTE! Linens, bath towels and final cleaning are not included in the price! Linens 10e, towel 5e and final cleaning 40e. Ski trails nearby!

Not a resort. Not a hotel. Exactly what Finland actually looks like. A small off-grid cabin on Lake Oulujärvi running on solar power and firewood. No running water or indoor plumbing.
