Villa Salme: Cozy lakeside logcabin+private beach
A well-equipped log cabin in Jokijärvi, Taivalkoski, Finland´s Northeast. The cabin features a combined living room and kitchen + 1 bedroom. During the summer an attic room with a double bed is also in use. Use of a rowing boat, an Indian canoe and 2 stand-up paddleboards & use of the grillhut & firewood are included in the rent. You can also rent 1 single kayak separately, rental price 20€/day. Sandy-bottomed shallow beach facing south, providing a great swimming spot. Pets are also welcome!

Parvella on lisäksi reilusti tilaa ja nukkumapaikkoja. Mökille rakennettiin kesällä 2026 uusi rantasauna. Mökistä löytyy kaikki nykyajan mukavuudet ja isoista ikkunoista avautuu kahteen suuntaan mahtava järvimaisema. Takkatulen lämmössä on mukava katsella revontulia ja kuunnella hiljaisuutta. Cycling routes can be reached from Iso-Syötteen or Pikku-Syötteen.
