A 40-square-metre small house for independent living. You can adjust the heating in the cottage yourself with electricity and/or fireplaces. The yard sauna has a warm shower and firewood ready for heating the stove. 2 toilets, 2 rooms, 2 TVs. In the kitchen corner you can prepare your own meals. Good instructions for all functions. Pet fee 10€. Easy final cleaning = only your own traces removed! NOTE: Pet economy & wood heating & grandma's cottage scents can cause symptoms for sensitive people. Stairs and uneven yard can make exercise difficult :(

A well-equipped log cabin in Jokijärvi, Taivalkoski, Finland´s Northeast. The cabin features a combined living room and kitchen + 1 bedroom. During the summer an attic room with a double bed is also in use. Use of a rowing boat, an Indian canoe and 2 stand-up paddleboards & use of the grillhut & firewood are included in the rent. You can also rent 1 single kayak separately, rental price 20€/day. Sandy-bottomed shallow beach facing south, providing a great swimming spot. Pets are also welcome!

Vaaran Huoneistot welcomes you! The apartments built in the old village school in Syöte were completed in the spring of 2023. Kuru is a lovely compact apartment with good basic equipment. Ideal for two guests, but can accommodate four. The apartment has a shared storage room with the neighbor, where you can store bikes/skis, etc. NOTE! Linens, bath towels and final cleaning are not included in the price! Linens 10e, towel 5e and final cleaning 40e. Ski trails nearby!
