The courtyard of the cottage overlooks the magnificent scenery of the Syöte hiking area and the national park. Mountain biking, hiking or skiing can be accessed directly from the cottage yard. Syöte's services and ski resort are just a few minutes away by car (about 5 km). The cottage has a renovated kitchen and an atmospheric cottage fireplace. Ukkohalla, one of the four villas of the new holiday village on the shore of Lake Syväjärvi, near the ski slopes. The lake, northern lights and slopes open directly from the large windows. In a separate beach sauna, you can enjoy a wood-fired sauna, with a view of the lake landscape from the large windows, both from the sauna and the magnificent fireplace room. The service building has a laundry room and a fitness room. Electric car charging points, 2 pcs 11kW type2 and 2 pcs 16A Super suko, are included in the rental price.

Genuine cottage atmosphere in Kainuu

Lapland is full, come to Kainuu! On a sunny, forested plot in Kajaani, an atmospheric 6-person cottage with a wonderful wood-heated beach sauna. The sun shines on the cottage beach late into the evening. The beach sauna is located right on the water and the cottage itself is a little higher up on the plot. Inside the cottage, running water, indoor toilet and shower bring a little luxury to your stay. The cottage is equipped with a covered large terrace with views through the forest to the back of the lake.

During the summer an attic room with a double bed is also in use. Use of a rowing boat, an Indian canoe and 2 stand-up paddleboards & use of the grillhut & firewood are included in the rent. You can also rent 1 single kayak separately, rental price 20€/day. Sandy-bottomed shallow beach facing south, providing a great swimming spot. Pets are also welcome!

Linens, towels and final cleaning are included. The apartment is about three kilometers from the center of Kajaani towards the airport.
