The space has its own bathroom, access to food prep, bedroom, and living room. It is about 900 sqft, and basement level. Queen bed is in the bedroom, (air mattress available.) The house is about 1 mile from pearl street, .8 miles to a groceries and coffee, and just down the street from Mt. Sanitas for hiking. Also half a block from a bus stop and an e-bike doc is about 3 blocks away! Also there is the north boulder rec center with pickle ball courts.

I had a lovely time and felt very comfortable. The area is very nice with many possibilities to go on trips and enjoy Boulder. The place is very nice, the bed is super comfortable and Mary is a very friendly and respectful host.

Historic Boulder Neighborhood

We had a wonderful visit! The house was easy to find and we were warmly greeted by Frances and Phil, who know all the restaurants and made great recommendations based on what we were up for. The upstairs bedroom had lots of windows, comfy chairs, with a darling little balcony to enjoy. The bed was very comfortable and it was nice to have the adjoining bathroom so close. The quiet neighborhood is walkable to downtown Pearl Street and with easy access to a park and walkway along Boulder Creek. We highly recommend their place!

Great place to stay - affordable and comfortable. The host is lovely, provides recommendations for hikes and keeps a nice stockpile of herbs and spices for cooking with. Pretty nice area - very close to the university and some decent walks around. Bus journey to downtown. Host has bikes to use if you want. Only negative is if all rooms are full, kitchen is a bit cramped for many people cooking at once. But the host tells me he plans to move stuff around to improve that. Overall, would definitely recommend.
