New furniture, two large wall mounted TV’s, beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels are available for your convenience. Sunday -Sunday weekly rental in summer season with the exception of July 11th, 12th weekend is available.

It is located in Sea Trails resort and is less than three miles from the sand of Sunset Beach. This house has some special details so make sure to take the time to check it all out!

The Activity Center across from the condo has a great pool with an attached restaurant. Guest have access to two neighborhood pools and a gym. We are 10 minutes from Calabash which has some great restaurants and 20 Minutes form North Myrtle Beach for additional shopping and entertainment opportunities. .

The Petite Pelican is a Tiny Home located in the bustling pier area of Holden Beach. The Petite Pelican provides easy access for sunbathing, shell collecting, beautiful sunset views, and walks on the beach with a public access right in your backyard. One parking spot on the lot is included with your stay and daily paid parking is available in the adjacent lot for families with more than one vehicle.
