Monthly Rentals in Sunnyside, Queens

Enjoyed a very comfortable and clean stay with Marianella. The room was very small but livable with adequate storage. The apartment is beautiful and well maintained, and the location is wonderful being only a couple minutes’ walk from the subway in a cute neighborhood. If you are sensitive to sound/noise however I might not recommend since the room faces the street and you can hear pretty much everything. Other than that the stay was great and the hosts were friendly and responsive.

Staying at Jean’s was amazing. The host was beyond wonderful. I was in the area taking classes and having this space was a life saver. It really felt like staying with a close friend. I had privacy and always felt comfortable. The neighborhood was great and parking was so easy. I walked everywhere and really enjoyed the restaurants nearby, but also the cute shops on Austin, which was walking distance away (and where the train station is located). I would 100% recommend this place to anyone, but especially as a single female who wants to be in a place that feels secure.

Very comfortable apartment, close to a lot of good restaurants in Astoria and with public transport nearby (trains every few minutes, takes about 10 minutes to Manhattan). Francis was easily reachable at all times and made sure the check-in went smooth, which it did. Enjoyed my stay a lot!

Yves very helpful during the stays, he gave lots of guidance and tips. The place is exactly like the photos. Nice place, quiet surroundings in general, safe place to walk even at night. Easy to go to Manhattan, lots of restaurants which is nice!
