It consist of 1 bedroom 1 bathroom & a kitchen/dining/living room area Rooms' sizes: Bedroom: 10ft x 7 1/2ft LR kitchen DR area: 19ft x 10ft Bath: 40" x 80" Given how close it is from everything - It is perfect for guests who plan on commuting to the city by train or move around by Uber.

Guests are welcome to request accommodations for an additional one guest by sending message. Host also stay in the same unit with the guest and invite you to enjoy the comfort of my shared spaces like the kitchen, dining area. I look forward to sharing our space and creating memorable experiences together. Bedroom equipped with a queen size bed and big window that pulls in plenty of natural light. Close to LGA Airport and many Bus routes at the corner and few block away form Train Station.

This is a cozy, clean, private bedroom that accommodates 1 person. There is a full-size bed with fresh bedding, a private bathroom that you won't need to share with anyone else, high-speed internet. You also have safe & friendly neighborhood, convenient public transportation and free street parking. While it's part of my house, I highly value personal space, so we typically won't run into each other. Of course, if you need any assistance during your stay, feel free to reach out to me anytime.

Modern private bedrooms on the 2st floor. Unit E, Twin Bed in room with SHARE KITCHEN and BATHROOM. Located just few mins away from 7 train taking you to flushing/or Manhattan. Close to citi field and LGA airport. Other things to note; Quest will be sharing space with the host. Ruku Tv, Wifi, every room are safe with a combination lock that it will close 30sec. after you enter or exit AUTOMATICALLY. Also Please be considerate of other guest and lower your TV volume/noise after 10pm

Cambria Heights is a beautiful neighborhood in Queens at the Nassau County border. Our space is a short 5 minute drive to the LIRR at the Queens Village stop. This can take you to Manhattan’s east or west sides in 25 minutes. You are also 10 mins away from JFK airport. Only 3 minutes drive to the UBS Arena- the home of the New York Islanders.

Bright NYC Getaway near JFK+LGA

We are NYC OSE registered short-term rental. Enjoy easy access from our guest suite in a historical Richmond Hill. We are 1.5 blocks away from the J Subway (111th Street stop) which takes you into Manhattan in 40 min, under 30 min with LIRR to Penn station, 15min to JFK and 12 min drive to LGA. We are half a block from grocery stores & restaurants and the beautiful Forest Park which is an ideal location to end the day with a stroll through the forest.
