The stay was great! My boyfriend and I felt really comfortable with the space and enjoyed spending our time in a peaceful place. Very easy check in and check out as well! Would recommend to everyone!

Basia was wonderful! She was very responsive to all of my messages and very friendly to message with. The home was beautiful and squeaky clean. My family thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor space. There was also plenty of room inside for all four of us to have some quiet time to ourselves. Our trip was very relaxing - just what we needed! I highly recommend visiting this home if you are in the area!

There truly aren't enough perfect words to describe this magical house. I've stayed at many airbnbs but Luis and Leo's home takes the cake. The pool space, the car wash shower, the beds so comfy, the kitchen is perfection, everything we needed was provided and included! Our hosts were helpful, and just a delight to know. The only sad moment was leaving. Our family will never forget this home, and we WILL BE BACK! Thank you Luis and Leo for sharing your place with the world. 5 star! CHEFS KISS! Book IT!!!

Many thanks to Sandra for her kindness and for her clear and precise instructions both for entering the apartment and during the stay. Covered parking, easy access, place to buy food to prepare in the apartment. Very well organized kitchen with very good utensils.

Our stay at Silvana's apartment was very pleasant. The space was comfortable and had a well-equipped kitchen. It also included beach accessories (umbrella, wagon, and children's toys), which were very useful for us. We stayed with my husband and 3-year-old son, and we really liked it. We would definitely choose Silvana's apartment again.

The room matched the photos. The only downfall was the portable AC unit that was working very hard to keep the room cool at night but overall the stay was perfect. 1 block or so away from the beach was perfect! Plenty of restaurants, CVS & a Walgreens within walking distance. Zero complaints.

This place was sooooo great!! We loved the amenities like the pool, gym, valet and the little convenient store inside too. The location was perfect 15-20 minutes away from everything we were doing. She had beach chairs, clean towels for the beach and the shower but no washcloths lol. I brought my own just in case of that. The bathroom was coo but the tub needs to be repainted or a mat needs to be down because of chipping paint. There were 2 closets with extra pillows, covers, fans and blankets. The balcony was the perfect view of each end of Miami!!! It was my birthday celebration and we spent a lot of time on the balcony. The check in and check out process was seamless. No issues besides the last day when we came back from the beach. The security wouldn’t let us in the front door of the building because we had on beach attire. It low key pissed me off because we had to walk around the building to go through the back. He was an asshole honestly. Parking was close too but we did valet.

Excellent Apartment. It looks exactly like the pictures. Large and clean spaces with full kitchen. Very close to the beach and close to Aventura Mall, with several options of shops and restaurants. Gary was very kind to us and the whole check inn and check out process was very simple and fast. I recommend staying at the apartment!

We recently stayed at Vlad and Irina’s wonderful apartment in Sunny Isles Beach, and it was one of the best rental experiences we’ve ever had! The apartment is in a perfect location — just a few minutes’ walk from the beach. We especially appreciated the convenient parking, located right near the entrance, which made getting around easy and comfortable. The apartment itself lived up to all our expectations: spacious, bright, and fully equipped with everything we needed — from kitchenware to appliances. Having a fully stocked kitchen made our stay even more enjoyable. We also want to highlight how clean, cozy, and thoughtfully arranged everything was — it’s clear that Vlad and Irina genuinely care about their guests. Everything was top-notch, from communication to the welcoming atmosphere in the home. We were very happy with our stay and would gladly return again. Huge thanks for the wonderful hospitality!

The place was spotless and very comfortable. It had everything needed and more, we were received with snacks and bottled water. 100% recommended!

This is our 2nd time staying at one of Edvard’s places in this building and we had a great time again. The host communicates extremely well and the apartment is very spacious, clean, well equipped with everything you need, has an incredible view of Aventura and Golden Beach, and is in a perfect, close location near the beach in Sunny Isles. Extremely satisfied beyond expectation split image of what the host had posted . Best investment I made in a trip includes having a kitchen, bedroom -2 queen side beds, walking distance to a private beach catering to the condos residence . In addition, they provided kitchen essentials, beach essentials which are umbrella , chairs and children essentials which include a playpen, car seat. Definitely renting again

I had a great time! The comm with Carla was pleasant and smooth. The place is very clean and it has all you need to enjoy the beach; shairs, umbrellas, towell etc. Great place to work remotely. Thank you! 🏖️🏊

The apartment is very large for a 3.5-room apartment. Large rooms, 2 balconies with beautiful views of the bay with sunset. In the kitchen there is everything. The apartment was very clean, the beds comfy. It was a little unfortunate that in the annex, the waste containers are emptied in the middle of the night, this on two consecutive days. This was very noisy in the rooms. Although only briefly, it still woke us up. Also on Saturday evening the place on the other side of the bay was very good to hear until midnight. The music was very loud. Alexey can't do that. He was a great host and the apartment was amazing! We would definitely leave again.
