The location is absolutely perfect—just a walk to the stunning beach and conveniently close to the vibrant Las Olas area, where you'll find an array of fantastic restaurants and exciting nightlife options. The home itself is beautifully maintained, offering a comfortable and stylish retreat with a fantastic pool and outdoor area. The amenities were top-notch, and everything was impeccably clean and well-organized. Property management were incredibly communicative and responsive, making the entire process seamless from start to finish. Any questions I had were promptly addressed, and their local recommendations were spot on. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a perfect getaway in Fort Lauderdale. I can't wait to return!

In a last-minute situation I needed accommodations for my team and MAK showed flexibility and willingness to assist. Our stay at this 3-bedroom condo at the 1 Hotel was incredible! Stunning space, amazing amenities, and the perfect South Beach vibe. While late check-out wasn’t possible, it didn’t take away from the experience. We’ll definitely be back!
