Great location — you really can’t beat it! The space was clean, easily accessible, and the host was very responsive and flexible throughout my stay. I’d definitely book it again. Highly recommend!

Great place. Great stay. Everything you need. Communication between owner and property manager was a little confusing but host was let us leave our bags in the apt before it was finished being cleaned (and it was ready before expected). Check out was easy and we were able to get a late check out. Building was very busy. Elevators were a bit slow. But all in all a great stay - would stay again!

I stayed here for my birthday and I loved the all white aesthetic; it fit my birthday plans and ideal aesthetic. I loved the bay views I am huge on having a beautiful view and this spot did not disappoint. I was really happy with everything and would def stay here again. Thank you Rodney

Overall very nice condo, here are my detailed reviews: The for: - The view of the intercostal is spectacular; - The patio is awesome; - the pool is great, lots of loungers and umbrellas; - there are many kitchen items, toilet paper, laundry soap, dishwasher soap; - Publix grocery store is a 5-minute walk away, very convenient; - very safe neighborhood and block. The contra: - check-in must be at a specific time, no self check-in... really inconvenient if you have any delay or advance your arrival; - a single regular and chip key to enter the condo and move around the building, VERY unpleasant and restrictive when you are 4 adults with different comings and goings; - The cleanliness of some kitchen items left something to be desired; - The master bedroom mattress is of poor quality and stained; - The beds in the guest room are good for children, not adults.

Our stay was amazing! Would stay in again, perfect location between the beach and las olas! It was 5 or 6 dollar uber 90% of the times and around a 10-15 min walk if not! Perfect location, responsive host and such a great view on the water!! Can’t wait to come back!

Such a beautiful place to stay. The house was perfect! They had everything you needed and more. We loved fishing off the dock, grilling out, playing the yard games, relaxing in the tiki hut and swimming. We would recommend this house to anyone looking. Great location! Close to the beach, across the street from the grocery store and close to a lot of great restaurants. We will be back! Thank you for an amazing stay.

Had a great stay with a group of friends! House was clean and looked similar to photos. The pool and lakefront were great. Publix and stores within short walking distance was perfect!

Comfortable furnishings, lovely patio, birds chirping outside, view of canal. Peaceful.

The house is really great. Even bigger than it looks on the photos. The location on the Miami River was nice. We grilled in the garden and were able to watch the boats. The boats sometimes have loud music and you can also hear the planes from the MIA.

We enjoyed our visit, peaceful place, felt like I was home. Everything was clean and very comfortable furniture. We recommend this place and hopefully we can come back soon Thank you for letting us enjoy this stay at your place, we really enjoyed it.

We enjoyed our stay overall at the house. It is decorated nicely and the AC worked great. It’s spacious and had what we needed for our stay. The standout is the backyard which was gorgeous. A few things to note - there is some general wear and tear, some of the floorboards are not coming up. We did find three roaches during our stay. It is Florida so I understand this happens but just fyi. There was not enough soap provided (a very small tube for 5 of us). Lastly, we took the air mattress out and it was filthy and there were no sheets provided for it. We ended up having to lay beach towels on it and then just decided not to use it.

Wow, wow, wow! What a house. The most insanely beautiful, well presented holiday home. The house itself was absolutely spotless, it had way more than our expectations in terms of facilities and equipment, inc fishing gear, kayak and paddleboard. The little beach and lake was absolutely blissful. I cried when we left and we have all agreed we will definitely come back. Worth every penny and more, literally exquisite.

We were with our 3 children in the accommodation. Furnished with a lot of taste. Quiet but still central.

I stayed here during my business trip and it was simply an amazing apartment with all the necessary amenities, nearby restaurants and convenience store, and the marina view was spectacular. The host was also very responsive. I will definitely stay here again if I have an event or business meeting in the Miami area. This place exceeded my expectations.

Being a host ourself we can see both standpoints. Chad, is top 3, the best host and home we have stayed in. I spend my birthday here, rented it hours prior to arriving. We had a major switch of plans last minute and Chad was extremely accommodating. Not only did he respond 30 seconds after we messaged, his home was beautiful. When I first got to the place I didn’t think it was going to turn out to be as beautiful as his home was. It is a block away from the beach, he had two beach chairs, beach towels, washcloths, extra blankets, sheets, etc. We didn’t need it but had a vacuum and washer dryer. The views were incredible, relaxing. The parking situation was great, right in front of the home. I went with my one year old son and it was perfect for him. He had anything you could possibly have thought of, he was responsive, communicated how we were doing. I will most definitely be back, wish we could have stayed much longer. The apartment is exactly as described. This is a tremendous place to relax, recover and enjoy the sunny isles of Florida. Fernando and team were incredibly gracious and responsive. Would definitely stay there again (hopefully very soon)

Nav and his team were great. The place was great - a high end weekend getaway. No complaints and highly recommend if you’re looking for a place to stay! The building was very luxe. Bed was comfy and clean. My wife was very happy and felt she was treated well for her 30th birthday!!
