Nice apartment with large kitchen and all the essentials. Approximately 15-20 min walk to the city center. Easy check-in via Lockbox.

We stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed this beautiful place. Even though its part of a bigger (beautiful!) house because it is across 2 floors the apartment feels spacious. It's very beautifully decorated and feels cosy and warm. The views across the fjord are incredible and seem to change every time you look out of the window. Aleksander and Johanne were responsive, friendly and helpful. The Thai restaurant opposite is fantastic too. The only thing we missed was a comfy chair or sofa - and slippers for our little girl to wear on the wooden floor whilst she was rushing around at speed (bit slippy/splintery in a couple of places). I'm sure this wouldn't affect adults or older kids though! She LOVED the bath and bathroom! The outdoor deck area is lovely, despite a lot of rain during our stay we made use of it. There's a rowing boat you can borrow and sauna to hire too - we didn't as our daughter a bit young but would be great fun! A great place to stay in a beautiful part of Norway!

We spent three nights in the small house and felt very comfortable. The furnishings are very homey and there are many small details to discover that make the atmosphere cosy. Although the house is so small, you have everything you need, even if we sometimes had to look for something :-) Communication with Gerhard was very good and he gives clear instructions (e.g. for operating the alarm system). The accommodation is not directly in the centre, but we knew that beforehand and it is not a problem if you are good on foot. Otherwise, buses also run nearby. The house is perfectly located for a hike from Sandvikspilen to Fløyen.

Beautiful spot with small private beach! Excellent views of the water from all rooms. Private and quite, great for the kids and a good spot for excursions to bergen and the fjords

Old house with the character of Bergen. Great location, easy walking into centre and restaurants. Good parking for car, all amenities in house you’ll need. Hosts very responsive and helpful. Can highly recommend.

Eli was a wonderful hostess! She took the time to personally greet us. She helped us with a luggage issue we had and helped to alleviate the stress of an already stressful situation. There were some fun games in the house for our kids to play with and the water is a short walk from the front door. We highly recommend Eli’s place.

Imelda has been an amazing host and the Airbnb was very nice and clean. The heated pool and the sauna was amazing after a late night swim in the Fanafjord. Imelda was very accommodating and knowledgeable, she also responded quickly to any questions we had. A bonus surprise was; We asked if we could use some of the fishing stuff and they brought kayaks the following morning to explore with. Thank you for a great experience, we will definitely be back.

Otherwise is a perfect host who is helpful and very flexible. I was allowed to use the boat and even the Hings (boat as indicated for a fee). Beautiful location for walks and (for me especially) fishing (cod, pollak, Leng, squid, scarf and even a shark).

Austevoll is a fantastic place in itself into the ocean gap. The apartment is located right next to the amenities described in the listing. Mette was a great host who showed us how to get to the right places we needed. Even though we were delayed for over 1 hour due to the wrong ferry boat, she was waiting for us. Great stay. The availability is located a few meters from the water with lovely views of the sea.

We are so happy we found this place! Great place where it was easy to find peace, both outside in the garden and inside. Very pleasant hosts who enhanced the experience of feeling welcome and at home. Great communication throughout. We will definitely book here at a later time. I highly recommend both the place and the hosts to others!

What a beautiful location. Perfect as a home base for enjoying hikes nearby or just relaxing on the deck. We were very happy with this cabin. It was well equipped and comfortable! Thank you Karoline!

We had a nice stay at Sonja's cabin, the cabin was exactly as described and was a good starting point for many trips on Fitjar. An added bonus was that ELØ brewery was just a few minutes' walk from the cabin.

Nice place close to fantastic climbing on Sotra on one side and Bergen on the other side. The hosts were quick to respond and very welcoming. Would definitely recommend!

Lavishly equipped log cabin in a beautiful garden with sun decks, fireplace and views of the bay. Short but interesting hikes in the immediate vicinity.

Nice and cosy house directly located at a big lake. Cute little sheep are living around the hut. We really enjoyed our stay and can only recommend this place.

The accommodation is located near a fish factory, but when you arrive in the apartment, the magic happens: you have breakfast with your feet in the water, you enjoy the sunset on the island from the terrace, you can go on a canoe trip, available in the accommodation. The apartment is tip top, furnished with great taste, very nice. Andreas is very responsive and does everything to make us have a pleasant stay. We recommend this property!

Very nice house and great located on a small island. Unfortunately, a well-traveled road is very close, which only disturbs the view a bit. The equipment is good and practical. The house has a great atmosphere where you would like to stay. All in all, however, a very special place to relax and a fantastic holiday.
