The apartment was renovated in 2020 to a particularly high standard and good quality, with tiled bathrooms with heating cables, parquet on all floors and a balanced ventilation system. Delightful penthouse with high standard on the 6th floor. Nice view, private terrace and large 360 view terrace. Elevator access. Very central location with walking distance to Bryggen, restaurants, pub, park, beach. Immediate proximity to train station. Bergen light rail with direct access from the airport. Grocery store in neighboring building. 50 meters to the nearest car park and 300 meters to the parking garage. Good floor plan with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms! Washer and dryer for free use.

In the center of Bergen, newly renovated (oct.2023) apartment 15-20 min walk from Bryggen UNESCO houses, museums, cozy, cute apartment in a small, quiet street with grocery stores, bus connection 200m to mount Ulriken. Hike to Stolzen is just behind the apartment. In the summer popular public bath area is just 5 minute walk. Perfect for a couple or a solo traveler. It has a big sofa that can be enlarged, and a double bed in the bedroom. Kitchen,bathroom well equiped with all you need.
