Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Sumida City

Great stay, lots of nice amenities. Area is very walkable, has a tons of bars, restaurants, and stores within steps of the apartment, and is really close to several train stations making it incredibly easy to access the rest of Tokyo. However, as a result of all the neat things to see and do right outside the door, Kabukicho is incredibly loud at almost every hour of the day and night, so definitely bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper. Yuki was a great host. Super helpful and responsive.

Great place, great host!

Very responsive and considerate host. They allowed us to check in early a few hours and even gave us new sets of pillow cases when we requested. Surprisingly spacious home in Tokyo. Just 6 to 10 minutes away from Gotanda Station. It is also located very close to a Lawson convenience store and a few 24 hour diners. Highly recommended to all!

I can only say that I really appreciate both the location and the price of the accommodation, so I stayed well. Depending on the tendency of those who sleep together, the difficulty of comfort is severe, but it was really nice that you can pack and eat meals in the accommodation, and there is also a kitchenette. It is inconvenient to not have a sink. The rest is really good at the dorm. Especially, this crazy accessibility is really:)

A home away from home. We absolutely loved our stay here. The building and apartment are both immaculate. The apartment is so homely and has everything you need to make it feel like home. The beds are super comfy. The location is fantastic, so many shops, resistant and even a mall walking distance. Hosts are responsive and kind. Would love to come back and stay here. 10/10

Amazingly comfortable stay! Bed was really comfortable and the place was a 3 minute walk from Onarimon station and the park, as well as a 10 minute walk to Kamiyacho station. Gym was excellent. The studio felt cozy; despite it being small, it makes up for it with the nice Scandinavian x Japanese wood feel. In unit washer/dryer came in clutch

Koto was a great host. she helped us with the restaurant recommendation and was responsive when we asked for extra bedding.

Lovely place! Yu was great, and the instructions are clear - the photos are SUPER HELPFUL!! It is very easy to end up at the wrong place, especially if it’s dark when you arrive. The place is clean and comfortable and has a nice little area for small children. The neighborhood has two 7/11s within a short walk, and also close by is a cafe that opens at 7am (for those who may be jet-lagged). The only downside is that Adachi City is quite far from Central Tokyo (probably 60 minutes by train or $70 by taxi). But otherwise, I highly recommend Anime House!

We had a comfortable stay, very clean, easy to understand check-in. The room was on the ground floor, but the movement did not interfere with the upper living space and it was a separate space. There was a sense of care about the sound, and the host was very good. I'd love to stay there again if I get the chance.

Very nice stay, made my time in Japan even better! Kumiko is very kind and helpful, she also has lovely pets. Highly recommended if you're looking for an Airbnb in Tokyo!

It was such a great space for our family. Deciding on our first international trip here was a really good choice. Cute props, nostalgic devices, and structures trembled my heart, and I didn't get bored at all because there was a space for my child. It didn't come down from the second floor. The surrounding area is quiet, you can feel the tranquility of Japan, and there is a train, so it is an accommodation that further heightens your emotions. I will recommend it to others, and thank you very much for Yumi's kind and quick response. As a child, you must be busy, but you have shown a lot of consideration. Thank you again

Cozy, clean, and conveniently located Airbnb with a welcoming host.

It was my first place with a very polite response, but it arrived smoothly.They also provided glasses cleaner and shampoo for the bath, which was helpful.Towels were also provided.I was also able to heal my fatigue with a massage device.In nearby Komiya Park, I had a pleasant walk with birds singing and negative ions.I'd love to stay again if I get the chance.

I had an amazing time. The location was perfect and conveniently located near a station and was very easy to get to. The house was very lovely. Host and co-host were very helpful and responsive. I would highly recommend staying here.
