This was my second time staying at StayFab’s apartment in Shimokita and just like the first time we loved it. We appreciate the apartments proximity to the train station, shopping and restaurants. The apartment is an ideal size for a family traveling with kids. David is a great host and a great communicator.

It was a very satisfying Tokyo accommodation. I was staying with a family of 4, and it was nice to have a separate room and bathroom, and it was nice to come by Skyliner. It was very clean, and I was worried about the towels since it was 3 nights, but they provided plenty of towels. I want to stay if I come again!!

The nearest tram station is only 5 minutes away, the room is clean and well stocked.There are also many convenient shopping places and restaurants with various flavors around.The host always responds to messages in a timely manner, in short, it is a very good listing.

Our stay at the Tomo House was fantastic! We stayed for a total of three weeks and throughout our stay we felt very much at home. When we arrived everything was very clean and well taken care of, with enough appliances to feel extremely comfortable. The host is very responsive and has very clear instructions on any questions you might have about the place or its utilities. It’s very close to stations nearby and being walking distance to the Tokyo Sky Tree was very convenient. Overall we had an amazing stay and would definitely recommend!

I LOVED my stay at this magical Airbnb listing! Whether you are a fan of Ghibli or just enjoy beautifully appointed homes, this is a beautifully and thoughtfully designed home with wonderful Hosts! Communication was proactive and friendly with all details provided to ensure a comfortable stay. Coming back to the listing at the end of the day was like tucking into my own beautiful little tree house full of thoughtful amenities and features! Even the lighting was thoughtfully labeled, well designed and easy to use! This was my first time staying in the Mitaka neighborhood and it felt much more locally authentic compared to more touristy neighborhoods (e.g., Shinjuku, Shibuya, Ginza), and I felt like I could actually immerse in the local culture, while still having easy access to the train (including express lines) to bring me to tourist attractions easily.

If I have a big group, I prefer staying here than ANYWHERE else. I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious it is. Many Airbnb’s have an art for making the spaces look bigger than it is. This place is awesome! It is so convenient and has many options for eating, drinking, shopping, etc. Jerry is an excellent and attentive host and you can ask him anything and he will try and help you 😊, having an elevator in the bldg is a game changer, no lugging heavy bags up and down 2-3 flights of stairs. A toilet on every floor is so helpful and 2 baths is a luxury. The beds are comfortable and the house is clean. So easy to access. I almost am afraid to leave such a good review because I’ve had a hard time booking this place since the last time. I will always choose this place over any other as long as it’s available 👍🏻❤️

Check-in was smooth, the room was as clean as described, the location was very good, the surroundings were quiet, but the restaurant, shopping mall and subway were all within walking distance, very convenient!

The place was very clean and safe. Very walkable and parks close by. Easy binder with lots of restaurants and places to go. Kazu was very helpful and courteous.

This was one of the best AirBnB stays we’ve had. The place was beautiful, so clean, new and very comfortable. They thought of every small detail to make sure guests have everything they need and more to feel at home. The property definitely felt high-end and luxurious. Even the toiletries they provided were high quality! The host was extremely responsive and eager to ensure we were happy and comfortable. The location was excellent. A very enjoyable and fun 8 minute walk to the station which was very convenient and central. The way to the station was filled with lots of charming shops and restaurants and a very beautiful park. The area where the home is located is quiet but just a few blocks away theres a good amount of activity so it’s a perfect blend. We stayed there for over a month and every minute of our stay was a pleasure. We felt sad to leave this gorgeous gem. We hope to be back again!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to local attractions and easy to get around. Our host was incredibly kind and responsive, making check-in and communication a breeze. I have stayed at one of Yin's Kami-kitazawa properties before so that should say a lot about my trust in this Airbnb. It looks better than in the pictures and is a very charming location. There's plenty of privacy thanks to the layout, sliding door that separates the bathroom and shower space, and shades that can be pulled down to separate the desk area from the bed areas. The wifi was great on my laptop, even for video calls. Having a washer and dryer was extremely useful, and the shower temperature was perfect. The AC and heater were also extremely effective. For those who want a comfortable bed, the sofa bed is very cushiony but still firm. I slept on the bunkbed. You can feel the springs in the mattress, and that did not bother me but those with sensitive backs might want a cushion. I slept well! You can also sometimes hear people upstairs but that is the case with many residential Japan places. It did not bother us. I want to stay here again. Thank you for the amazing Airbnb 🙏

The tower was nice but I underestimated the stairs

Hitomi is a caring and responsive host. It's clear she's working hard for her guests and tries her best. Based on our guest information, she saw we had an infant and asked the baby's weight in order to have a pack of properly sized diapers waiting for us in the property while when we arrived. All the baby equipment was clean, worked, and matched what is described in the listing. I recommend Hitomi with my highest praise if anyone is trying to travel with a child to any of her properties.
