The area is suitable for sports enthusiasts, nature lovers and people who want to make excursions in both summer and winter. From our house, there are several beautiful hiking options, including the Untersulzbach waterfall, a 15-minute walk away. You can also enjoy our quiet garden or your own balcony with mountain views.

From the hall, you reach the bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. Under the house is a spacious ski cellar with ski boot dryers and the sauna, and in summer the bicycles can be stored here. There are plenty of parking spaces around the house.
