Welcome to our stylish holiday apartment – perfect for families, groups and friends. Completed in 2022, this property offers modern living comfort across approximately 170 square metres. You will find a spacious, open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, four separate bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a sofa bed for two additional guests. Space for up to 10 people. The highlight is the bright living area with a high ceiling, exposed timberwork and a glazed Tennentor window overlooking the village square.

The apartment is centrally located on the promenade and you can enjoy a fantastic view of the city harbor and the castle from the balcony, which you can reach in a few minutes on foot. The nearby city center attracts with theaters, museums and many gastronomic facilities. Your car can be parked in the underground garage upon request. Not far from Lake Ratzeburger in a village location, surrounded by fields and nearby forest, the apartment (90 m²) with private entrance can accommodate up to 4 people. The bright rooms are inviting, south terrace (60 m²) with table, chairs and loungers as well as a small garden complete the offer. Bed dimensions (cm) 180 x 200 and 160 x 200. In front of the Schwerin gates is our over 100-year-old residential building with adjoining new building with two individually designed apartments. The "Gardenview" is suitable for both business and individual travelers. It is located on the 2nd floor and offers a light-flooded living room with a king-size bed, desk and small dining area with high chairs. An adjoining kitchen, as well as a separate shower room complete the apartment with garden views.

In the staircase there is a balcony from which you can enjoy the sunsets at Pfaffenteich.

This historic building is a typical North German farmhouse and is located on the edge of a small village with unobstructed views of the hilly countryside. Our 2-hectare natural property is adjacent to our own meadow behind the house, with many cozy spots under trees and by the stream. We renovated the cottage with natural materials and furnished it comfortably, e.g. with a fireplace and small sauna.
