A beautiful home on a beautiful piece of land. A river runs through this property and you can hear it flowing all day. The house is beautiful and full of unique pieces. It feels like you’re staying at a friend’s house, not just an airbnb. We will stay here again!

Hunter House is a great place to stay! Loved that we all had our own bedroom and my husband and I had our own en-suite bathroom. The kitchen was great! We ate almost every meal at the house. The game room was lots of fun as well as all the games there were to play. We especially liked the hot tub! Loved all the hunter house details - blankets, cups, etc. Host was super responsive and helpful!

My mom and I booked this house for a snowboarding getaway, and it was a very comfortable stay :)

Heather was very interactive with my stay and gives very clear instructions! The house is exactly as described and photoed! Fun activities to do at home and very clean! Plenty of space in the house with a great kitchen! Definitely would stay again and recommend to friends/family!

What a wonderful and peaceful retreat! The house was perfect for us as a family with three kids, as there were plenty of games available for use. The garden was simply stunning – a truly calm and serene space. Dining al fresco underneath the beautiful gazebo was a particularly magical experience. We thoroughly enjoyed having access to the pool and hot tub, which were perfect for unwinding. We left feeling completely refreshed, and cannot wait to come back!

Our family absolutely loved staying at Alan’s home. The house is beautiful + has so much character! The kitchen for anyone who loves to cook is your kitchen away from home!! The kitchen truly is stocked + I just loved it! The weather wasn’t great when we chose to book, but we still got to use the pool twice and it has now helped our family decide to have a private pool ourselves! So thankful for this home + can’t wait to book again!

Very satisfied with the home and huge property. BBQ, firepit, heated pool, pickleball courts all in good condition. Good AC units to keep the house cool on hot days. Very private location, beautiful surroundings. Nothing is walkable from the house itself but it's only about a 12 min drive into town with great restaurants, shops and groceries. Would happily return. Jarrett was a great, accommodating host.

Lovely space to stay! We stayed for one night to go to a concert at Bethel Woods. It was perfect for a quiet space to return to with a beautiful view.

Everything was perfect. Very well equipped house that had everything we needed. Nice linens, great kitchen (the oven was a tiny bit tricky), comfortable beds, fireplace, and cozy living room. Gina was really helpful with suggestions and very responsive!

What an incredible stay! The house was lovely, clean and so open - windows all around to see your surroundings. It was the most peaceful stay and the Neversink river is gorgeous. To go to sleep and wake up to the sound of the river is magic. We would absolutely come back!

Staying at the “nook” was just what we needed for our long weekend! We loved the peaceful surroundings, thoughtful decor and amenities inside and the close (but not too close!) location to the charming town of Narrowsburg. 10/10!

I've been traveling a ton for work and wanted a tranquil place on the lake for my kids (age 17 and 8) and I to relax and play games together. We enjoyed this home immensely. We cooked together, played in the snow, and locked into the most epic game of Monopoly ever. They are already asking when we can go back. 10/10 I highly recommend.

Beautiful environment inside and out. Convenient for shows at Bethel Woods. Ideal home for a family with kids too. Fire-pit for s’mores on a clear spring night and comfy space to spread out for movie night on a rainy night. Surrounded by historic stuff and was able to tell the kids all About the significance of Woodstock while listening the the show on LP! Thanks for the stay.

Stayed 3 days with my husband, 2 teens and dog. We had a fabulous stay! I can’t say enough good things about this rental. Private & secluded but close to town. Extremely clean, comfortable beds. Lots of space for our dog to run. We enjoyed beautiful views with a rainbow one day and loved the fire pit. We’ve stayed in many Airbnb rentals and this might very well be our favorite one. Loved our stay here! Was a little nervous since it's such a new listing but since they had another listing with great reviews we decided to give it a try and so glad we did! The place was beautiful and wonderfully decorated with everything we needed for a nice stay. Really peaceful and quiet with a beautiful view of the lake. We took advantage of the proximity to Bethel Woods and enjoyed a show on the first night. Super easy to go to the venue and would highly recommend staying here if catching a show there! This place is also close to some really cute towns and we enjoyed the recommendations provided by our host. We had such a great long weekend here and our 5 year old loved having adventures in the backyard. We hope to be back soon!

We loved our stay at Avtar’s and Sam’s place. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful, and had great recommendations for things nearby. The home is extremely well decorated and had all the amenities we were looking for (hot tub, sauna, and plenty of space to lounge and hang out). Perfect for our extended upstate vacation!

We loved our short writing retreat. The furniture was clean and cozy. It was inspiring to be surrounded by the excellent vinyl collection and books. A lovely, clean, and affordable getaway.
