Delaware Riverfront

This isn’t a cold, clinical, ultra-modern, corporate-owned product masquerading as a home. Come here for a taste of humanity, surprise, old-fashioned American décor, and an intriguing setting of items not seen over and over again in clone rental units around the area. Rather than trying to transplant an urban style/faux glamour to the Upstate experience, we endeavor to give the comforts and intriguing whatnots, knickknacks, curiosities and lost charms perhaps seen in your grandparents’ home.

Peter and I recently bought and renovated this 1790 farmhouse which sits on a sloping hill overlooking Minisink Battleground Park. You can walk off the deck, cross the lawn and explore 50 acres of beautiful trails. On a private road, the house has plenty of peace and quiet. There are two charming bedrooms, two full baths, a cozy living room, sun room (third bedroom), fully stocked kitchen, and laundry room. We've loved making these rooms a bit more modern while keeping the farmhouse vibe.
