Large and spacious apartment in the basement of a detached house in Ålesund, with one bedroom, spacious living room with sofa bed, newly renovated kitchen and great bathroom. Beautiful location on Ålesund's outermost island, close to sea and mountains, with beautiful views over fjord, mountains and the Sunnmørsalpene. We live in the house ourselves and share the laundry room in the basement. We use this as little as possible when visiting. The apartment is an excellent starting point for experiences in Ålesund and the surrounding areas. Possibility of renting a motorboat (40hp) and fishing equipment/water skis/Tube

You live within walking distance to the fast boat dock and it takes only 10 minutes until you are in the center of Ålesund. Short walk to Langevåg city centre where you will find the Devold factory with outlet stores, cafes, and artisans. There's electric car charging. Close to sports facilities, outdoor park and hiking trail. And you have Sulafjellet not far away with a built up mountain trail and many different hiking destinations. Excellent starting point for day trips throughout the region.

The home consists of a basement with various tools, fishing equipment, etc. Exterior and private entrance to bathroom with toilet, shower, sink and washing machine. Main floor: living room, kitchen. Attic: three bedrooms with 2+2+1 beds.

How about a relaxing time on the private terrace or enjoying a magical moment in our wonderful hot tub! You can fish right from the quayside or rent a motorboat and explore the fish-rich Borgundfjorden. The place is just outside the fantastic Ålesund! With a speedboat from Langevåg you are in Ålesund city centre in 10 minutes, with your own car it takes 30 minutes to drive. It is only 500 meters to the closes grocery store.

Free parking. 1/2 minute's walk to the fjord, where water enthusiasts can rent rowboats and SUP boards. Feel free to cycle/walk to Atlanterhavsparken, Tueneset with its beach, trails, gazebos and fire pit, as well as World War II bunkers. You can walk up to Sugarloaf from here. The apartment is located in fantastic Blomvika with immediate proximity to the sea. Beautiful view from the apartment. In the bedroom there is room for a baby bed or mattress on the floor.
