Large and spacious apartment in the basement of a detached house in Ålesund, with one bedroom, spacious living room with sofa bed, newly renovated kitchen and great bathroom. Beautiful location on Ålesund's outermost island, close to sea and mountains, with beautiful views over fjord, mountains and the Sunnmørsalpene. We live in the house ourselves and share the laundry room in the basement. We use this as little as possible when visiting. The apartment is an excellent starting point for experiences in Ålesund and the surrounding areas. Possibility of renting a motorboat (40hp) and fishing equipment/water skis/Tube

Living room with open-plan kitchen and entrance hall with soundproofed ceiling, new flooring and painted surfaces. Private entrance. Kitchen has everything you need and fridge with freezer. Bathroom renovated in 2020. Nice outdoor area with nice view, trampoline, play equipment and toys that children can use. Sleeps 5, with 4 beds. One is a bunk bed.

The location of the house is unique and you can put on your hiking shoes and walk for hours in the mountains directly from the property. Otherwise you have Moa, a large shopping center that is only 15-20 minutes away by car. Short walk to Devoldfabrikken which is a cozy outlet center. With many well-known brands, artists and cafes.

It takes 15 min to walk (5 min by car) to the speedboat that takes you to the city center of Ålesund in 7 minutes.

Nydelige fjelltopper og fine badestrender er rett i nærheten. Det er 5 min unna Moa Amfi med mulighet for shopping, kino, bowling og kafeer.
