Large and spacious apartment in the basement of a detached house in Ålesund, with one bedroom, spacious living room with sofa bed, newly renovated kitchen and great bathroom. Beautiful location on Ålesund's outermost island, close to sea and mountains, with beautiful views over fjord, mountains and the Sunnmørsalpene. We live in the house ourselves and share the laundry room in the basement. We use this as little as possible when visiting. The apartment is an excellent starting point for experiences in Ålesund and the surrounding areas. Possibility of renting a motorboat (40hp) and fishing equipment/water skis/Tube

Living room with open-plan kitchen and entrance hall with soundproofed ceiling, new flooring and painted surfaces. Private entrance. Kitchen has everything you need and fridge with freezer. Bathroom renovated in 2020. Nice outdoor area with nice view, trampoline, play equipment and toys that children can use. Sleeps 5, with 4 beds. One is a bunk bed.

The house is located at the top of a building area, at the end of a dead end street. There is a short distance to Ålesund city center and Moa shopping center if you want to go shopping. The location of the house is unique and you can put on your hiking shoes and walk for hours in the mountains directly from the property. Beautiful nature, swimming areas and playground arranged just in the immediate area. Devoldfabrikken among others.

Right down the house is an idyllic beach, 5 minutes to walk down to the boat that takes you straight to Ålesund city center in a few minutes. Otherwise you have Moa, a large shopping center that is only 15-20 minutes away by car. Short walk to Devoldfabrikken which is a cozy outlet center. With many well-known brands, artists and cafes.

The house consists of 3 full floors. First floor has 2 bedrooms and bathroom/laundry room. Living room/kitchen and toilet on the 2nd floor and 3 bedrooms and bathroom on the 3rd floor. Outside the living room you have access to a large south-facing balcony with lounge furniture and dining furniture. Gas grill and pizza oven can also be used. To the west there are beautiful views of the sea and the islets. Here you also have access to an outdoor living room that is nice to sit in in the evening ☀️

Modern semi-detached house in scenic surroundings. Immediate proximity to the beach, mountains and hiking trails. Close to Ålesund! Location: The house is located just by Vassetvatnet. Here you will find a beach, as well as the possibility to borrow a canoe and SUP for free. Here you can also find a sports park with football pitches and Norway's most beautiful disc golf course. It takes 15 min to walk (5 min by car) to the speedboat that takes you to the city center of Ålesund in 7 minutes.

The apartment is located in fantastic Blomvika with immediate proximity to the sea. Beautiful view from the apartment. In the bedroom there is room for a baby bed or mattress on the floor.
