Large and spacious apartment in the basement of a detached house in Ålesund, with one bedroom, spacious living room with sofa bed, newly renovated kitchen and great bathroom. Beautiful location on Ålesund's outermost island, close to sea and mountains, with beautiful views over fjord, mountains and the Sunnmørsalpene. We live in the house ourselves and share the laundry room in the basement. We use this as little as possible when visiting. The apartment is an excellent starting point for experiences in Ålesund and the surrounding areas. Possibility of renting a motorboat (40hp) and fishing equipment/water skis/Tube

New (2020) large house centrally located in Langevåg. The house is located on the pier right at the edge of the lake. You live within walking distance to the fast boat dock and it takes only 10 minutes until you are in the center of Ålesund. Short walk to Langevåg city centre where you will find the Devold factory with outlet stores, cafes, and artisans. There's electric car charging. Close to sports facilities, outdoor park and hiking trail. And you have Sulafjellet not far away with a built up mountain trail and many different hiking destinations. Excellent starting point for day trips throughout the region.

Large plot, nature with birch trees and partially worked with lawn; 100 m from the fjord with swimming and fishing opportunities. Short distance to coastal landscape and close to the Sunnmørsalpene. 30 min by car to the Jugendbyen Ålesund. The home consists of a basement with various tools, fishing equipment, etc. Exterior and private entrance to bathroom with toilet, shower, sink and washing machine. Main floor: living room, kitchen. Attic: three bedrooms with 2+2+1 beds.

How about a relaxing time on the private terrace or a magical moment in our wonderful hot tub! You can fish right from the edge of the quay or rent a motorboat and explore the fish-rich Borgundfjord. The place is located just outside the fantastic Ålesund! By speedboat from Langevåg, you can reach the centre of Ålesund in 10 minutes. By car, it takes 30 minutes to drive. It is only 500 m to the nearest grocery store.

Free parking. 1/2 minute's walk to the fjord, where water enthusiasts can rent rowboats and SUP boards. Feel free to cycle/walk to Atlanterhavsparken, Tueneset with its beach, trails, gazebos and fire pit, as well as World War II bunkers. You can walk up to Sugarloaf from here.
