The accommodation is centrally located in a quiet and beautiful area with a short distance to the shopping center (5min) and Ålesund (25 min). Living room with open-plan kitchen and entrance hall with soundproofed ceiling, new flooring and painted surfaces. Private entrance. Kitchen has everything you need and fridge with freezer. Bathroom renovated in 2020. Nice outdoor area with nice view, trampoline, play equipment and toys that children can use. Sleeps 5, with 4 beds. One is a bunk bed.

Nice apartment with a strategic location

Relax with the whole family at this lovely residence located close to nature and the Thon Moa shopping center. Strategically located near a public transport hub for proximity to the center of Ålesund, as well as a European highway that takes you north and south in the county. Free covered parking with electric car chargers. The pictures are from when we purchased the apartment. New pictures will follow soon. The apartment has been renovated and there is new furniture. There is a double bed and a double sofa bed, in addition to a bed for small children.

The apartment has its own entrance and is bright and newly renovated a few years ago. You have your own lawn at your disposal. Here you live centrally in Spjelkavika, just a few minutes from Moa shopping centre, cinema, swimming pool and great hiking opportunities. Ålesund city centre is about 10 minutes away by car. Although the public transport offer is good, we recommend a car.

Small house detached from main house in Spjelkavik outside Ålesund, in a quiet family friendly residential area Most suitable for 2 people, but the sofa can be made into a bed. 5 minute walk to nearest bus stop. 15 minute walk to Moa Shopping Center and Moa public transportation hub. 5 minute walk to supermarket. 30 minute by bus or 10 minute drive to downtown Ålesund. Parking and electric car charger available. Pickup from airport or other place possible.

Peaceful and cozy apartment on the 1st floor in a semi-detached house. Rural yet close to Ålesund and Moa Shopping Center. Proximity to nice hiking areas and to the lake. By car to: Ålesund city center 20 min Moa Shopping Center 10 min Langevåg 12 min It is also possible to drive to Langevåg to leave the car there to take the speedboat over to Ålesund. This takes about 10 minutes. Then you will arrive right in the city center of Ålesund without a car.
