New large house (2020) centrally located in Langevåg. The house is located on a pier right on the edge of the lake. You live in walking distance to the speedboat quay and it takes only 10 min. until you are in the center of Ålesund. Short distance to Langevåg center (5 min.) where you will find Devoldfabriken with outlet shops, café, bakery and artisans. Electric car charging. Proximity to sports facilities and open-air park with hiking trail. And you have Mount Sula not far away with an accrued mountain path and many different hiking destinations. Excellent starting point for day trips in M&R.

The accommodation is centrally located in a quiet and beautiful area with a short distance to the shopping center (5min) and Ålesund (25 min). Living room with open kitchen solution and hallway renovated in 2024 with soundproofed ceiling, new flooring and painted surfaces. Private entrance. Kitchen has everything you need and fridge with freezer compartment. Bathroom renovated in 2020. Nice outdoor area with nice view, trampoline, play equipment and toys that children can use. Bright, spacious and newly renovated (2021) apartment, in scenic surroundings. 15 min drive away from Ålesund city centre. 5 min to Moa shopping center. The apartment is fully equipped, has a porch and a lovely view. Nice walking areas in the immediate vicinity. Free parking, and electric car charger can be borrowed by agreement. It is possible to rent a boathouse area, with fishing equipment, 2 sup boards and fire pit..This is agreed with the host if needed no later than the day before. Walking distance to grocery stores, pharmacy, gym, hairdresser and restaurants

Large plot, nature with birch trees and partly built up with lawn; 100 meters from the fjord with swimming and fishing opportunities. Short distance to coastal landscape and close to Sunnmøre Alps. 30 min m car to the Art Nouveau city of Ålesund. The accommodation consists of basement with utensils, fishing equipment, etc. Exterior and private entrance to bathroom with toilet, shower, washbasin and washing machine. Experience our idyllic place on the quayside with maritime charm! Here you will find the tranquility with a relaxing moment in the hot tub and maybe a cooling bath in the sea ? Enjoy the view and meals on the unobstructed terrace. You can swim and fish right from the quay or rent a motorboat. The place is just outside the fantastic Ålesund! Short distance to Langevåg where you will find outlet stores, cafes and handicrafts. With a speedboat from here, you are in Ålesund city centre in 10 minutes. It is only 500 meters to the closes grocery store.

The wagon is idyllically located with a good view. 10 minutes by car from Ålesund city centre, 16 by bus. 1/2 minute to the fjord where sea water can rent a rowboat by agreement. Within walking distance you have Atlanterhavsparken, Tueneset with beach, trails, gaps and fire pit as well as bunkers from World War II. You can walk up to Sugarloaf from here. Lovely view of town and mountains The wagon is equipped with a double bed, a single bed if needed (more than two?), large sofa, single kitchen, toilet, wardrobe and TV. Welcome.

Family friendly house with a view

Bring the whole family to this great place with plenty of room for fun. The house is a stone's throw from the sea where it's great to swim, light a fire, or the kids' favorite: look for crabs! There is also a short distance to great mountain hikes. Moa shopping center is 7 minutes away by car, and to Ålesund city center it takes 17 minutes by car. The house is brand new with modern decor and practical room solutions. There is plenty of room for 7 adults, and opportunities to borrow a crib and travel crib for children.

It has all the comforts you need for a comfortable stay. Here you can enjoy the sunrise that mirrors in the sea in the morning and in the evening you can watch the stars while relaxing in the jacuzzi.
